Lodge at Kennebunk

We were in town for a wedding in Kennebunkport and were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Super friendly and hospitable front desk/manager! Room was very clean and recently updated, comfy bed and pillows, lots of outdoor seating which was nice, pool area was well maintained! Would come back if we were ever in the area again!

Clean and comfortable. Further away from the towns than I assumed it would be. Not a charming B and B but a refurbished motel off the highway. It was good value for money and We were comfortable. You could tell that time and money had been recently spent bringing things up to snuff! The location was a disappointment but doable as long as we came with our own transportation. Chose this accommodation as the price was right and it came with breakfast. However, the breakfast was disappointing! No cheese or cold-cuts or warm eggs or fresh fruit. Offerings wrapped in plastic . Not a bad choice for the budget conscious with a car!

It’s beautifully located on the water. It’s easy to let hours pass while sitting on the deck watching boats, seals, and a myriad of other ocean animals cruise by. The sunsets are ovation-worthy.
The room was perfectly decorated with a minimalist touch, displaying local artisans work! The bed was 10/10 with Berkshire bedding from the sheets to the blankets. While our room was small, we wanted for nothing.
The motel is located a hop, skip, and jump from Canada, making crossing the border a breeze. Even sweeter is the location of the motel to its quaint downtown with coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream!! Let me not forget to mention the Irish pub with live music and outdoor dining to make this another easy stop to grab a drink and food.

The property is neighbors with a local boat charter. The fun never ends in Lubec at the Inn on the Wharf! It was, for me, a 10/10 experience from the comfort of the room, the eye-candy sunsets, and proximity to Compobello Island and a boat charter. It’s a must stay and do!

Very basic, but very clean, very comfortable, amazingly friendly staff. Perfect place to stay for a quick getaway.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Room was not special at all but we had decided that we preferred to pay $ 150 / night for a room than $ 400 or more and spend the savings on great food. It was a very good decision. Staff were extremely friendly and responsive.

The rooms have been renovated. Charles and Don, the managers are so personable and accommodating. I like how they have grills and picnic tables for guests. Their pool is great. They have a rec room, too. The place is very clean. The bed was super comfortable. I have stayed at this place to many times. It's my favorite when in the area.
