Recommend the hotel but make sure the room is not facing the street.
Pros:

everything was to our expectation. Car park was close enough. dinner was pretty good and the room was clean.

Cons:

room was facing the main street and the noise from the restaurant terrace did not let us sleep till 11:30 pm. Russian lady was talking pretty loud in bad English for 2.5 hours straight. So, the room facing the other side of the hotel will be much better. There is no AC in the hotel so sleeping with the windows closed was not an option.

Awesome and relaxing!
Pros:

It was a very awesome location! In the bed was discomfortable as I’ve been in in Switzerland! all of the employees of this hotel were very pleasant!

Hôtel très bien situé.
Pros:

L’emplacement en plein gruyères. La vue exceptionnelle. Petit déjeuner très complet. Je recommande le restaurant et surtout la fondue excellente.

Cons:

La literie pas exceptionnelle, et le lit est petit.

Pros:

The staff is absolutely excellent! They are incredibly attentive for your needs. They are extremely helpful and very friendly. It made me speechless!
The interior is beautiful of everything but the rooma.

Cons:

The rooms are little and one barely can pass around the bed. My rather petite wife hurt herself in the night.
The beds are short. The mattress was a bit too soft and the pillows were large and not too comfortable.
The shower door was unhinged. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working and the door wasn’t soundproof (didn’t close properly).

Inakzeptabel. Schade - hat viel Luft nach oben zur Besserung !
Pros:

Schade - Es ist ein ansprechendes Hotel an guter Lage. Zimmer 1 mit schöner Aussicht und ruhig (bis 06:30 die Kirchenglocken läuten). Das Zimmer ist in neuerem Zustand und angenehm. Das Personal ist nett.

Cons:

Ich habe den Eindruck dass hier niemand Verantwortlich ist für den Betrieb. Personal nett aber hat keine Ahnung oder zu ...?
Bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung ins Zimmer hätte es Fensterläden aber nur der rechte Flügel geht. Der Linke ist um ein paar Zentimeter blockiert wegen der hohen Rollladeninstallation der Terrasse. Beim rechten Flügel dann noch ein Wespennest.
Frühstück: Käse und Früchte sind gut. Fleisch nicht von Interesse. Eierspeise sucht man, d.h. am 1. Morgen waren kalte dicke Eier vorhanden (neben Eierbecher ?), und ich konnte ein noch warmes Joghurt ergattern (steht am falschen Ort).
Der 2. Morgen hatte es in sich. Da wird nichts aufgefüllt, man muss um ein Joghurt, Butter, Brot erbitten.
Der Höhepunkt Ei :( Es steht ein Ei-Kocher da aber mit falschem Stecker. Nach lagen kam das OK. Der Kocher kennt dann aber nur Max oder nichts. Also Vorfreude auf ein drei Minuten Ei mit dem Ergebnis dass es sich um ein mindestens 15 Minuten Ei handelte. Es wurden die dicken Eier vom Vortag hingestellt. Also neu um Eier betteln.
Dann noch betreff Gesundheit: Fürs Müesli sind genau drei Süsssorten Flocken von irgend etwas vorhanden, nicht mal mindestens Haferflocken. Aber dafür hat es jede Menge Süss-Gebäck.

On a eu très chaud la nuit et le petit déjeuné qui est en supplément était à moitié vide à 9:00 du matin..

Excellent location with amazing views!
Pros:

The location and views in the room were amazing! 100% would stay here again for the view! Easy to walk around and very centrally located.

Cons:

We arrived early so we could so they held our bags and we got some coffee. However, multiple attempts were made to get a glass of water with our coffee with no success. However, when it was time to check in the first thing they offered us was a glass of water. The staff was not super friendly but the actual room was worth it. Breakfast also starts later so if you want coffee you need to go somewhere else.

Room: no aircondition, there is no realistic way to open the window, if you open it you are full with flies .there is no net on the window. In the bathroom all you have is one shampoo for the price no conditioner no gel.2-3 star facilty
