Hôtel charmant et confortable
Pros:

Position géographique et personnel vraiment top. Bon restaurant.

Cons:

On a eu très chaud la nuit et le petit déjeuné qui est en supplément était à moitié vide à 9:00 du matin..

Excellent location with amazing views!
Pros:

The location and views in the room were amazing! 100% would stay here again for the view! Easy to walk around and very centrally located.

Cons:

We arrived early so we could so they held our bags and we got some coffee. However, multiple attempts were made to get a glass of water with our coffee with no success. However, when it was time to check in the first thing they offered us was a glass of water. The staff was not super friendly but the actual room was worth it. Breakfast also starts later so if you want coffee you need to go somewhere else.

Room: no aircondition, there is no realistic way to open the window, if you open it you are full with flies .there is no net on the window. In the bathroom all you have is one shampoo for the price no conditioner no gel.2-3 star facilty

L’emplacement au cœur du village

Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans les chambres , plafond bas.
Réveil obligatoire à 7 heure car ouverture du village aux voitures et surtout camions qui livrent sous les fenêtres avec beaucoup de bruit !
Attention Parking loin de l’hôtel car village sans voiture ( horaires imposés)

Sehr angenehmer, interessanter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Frühstück war recht gut und enthielt alles, was man gewohnt ist

Cons:

In der Nacht wurde vor dem Hotel bis nach Mitternacht gesungen und niemand hat das offiziell reklamiert.

Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt im Städchen sehr genossen.
Pros:

Die Lage inmitten des malerischen Dörfchens Gruyeres ist sehr schön und auch praktisch. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich.

Cons:

Leider haben Touristen vor dem Hotel bis Morgens um 0.30 Uhr gesungen und musiziert. Das unser vorreserviertes Mittagessen 2 Tage vor dem Anlass um 2 Stunden nach hinten verschoben wurde, weil ein nahmhafter Autohändler mit 100 Gästen zuerst bedient wurde, ist zwar nachvollziehbar, aber es hat uns doch etwas geärgert.
