Ne pas dormir à Gruyère trop difficile pour les bagages
Pros:

Banal vu le prix 29f c'est exorbitant. Pour un buffet classique.

Cons:

L'accès est très difficile. Le directeur nous avait conseillé de venir au pied de l'hôtel en voiture à certains horaires mais en quittant l'hôtel le policier voulait me verbaliser pour avoir franchi la barrière. Vraiment site à déconseiller. La chambre minuscule très bas de plafond petite fenêtre le matin pas d'eau chaude pourquoi ?

아주 좋은 숙소 그러나 짐을 옮기기에는 힘든 숙소
Pros:

그뤼에르 성 바로 밑에 있는 아주 아담한 호텔 입니다. 11세 자녀와 3명으로 더블침대 1개, 싱글침대 1개짜리 방을 예약하였습니다. 조용하고 편안하게 하루를 보냈습니다.

Cons:

계단이 너무 가파르게 있었으며 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 옮기는데 힘들었습니다. 주차장과의 거리가 멀어서 짐을 호탤까지 가지고 가기에 많은 힘이 들었습니다.

Great stay in the heart of the village
Pros:

Perfect location in the center of the village. The staff was fantastic and so helpful. Great restaurant with beautiful views.

Cons:

No elevator but the staff helped us with our luggage.

I would stay here again. We had a view of the town, but I would’ve loved to have a view of the mountains.

I think it’s one of the nicest hotels there.

Cons:

The breakfast is nice, but the food isn’t kept warm. I wish they had been able to keep something’s warm.

Great lokation, friendly and helpful staff, excellent rooftop restaurant
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Especially Ercan, Muhammed, and Anna were very helpful and attentive. A special thank you to Alex as well — this young hotel owner is incredibly humble, warm, and kind. They truly made us feel at home.

The rooftop restaurant was also amazing, and the food was delicious. The fondue was excellent — I highly recommend trying the restaurant. Thank you very much for everything!

Excelente localizacao, conforto e bom restaurante tudo no mesmo endereço

a equipe desde a recepçao até o restaurante muito simpática e atenciosa. Quartos confortáveis. Localizado muito perto do Castelo de Gruyéres. Café da manhã de boa qualidade.

Tudo muito bom, mas podem melhorar a composição do café da manhã, disponibilizando a maquina de café que muitos restaurantes têm, com opcoes diversas e manter o buffet com frutas.

Endroit magnifique, personnel parfait
