The hotel was in a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Especially Ercan, Muhammed, and Anna were very helpful and attentive. A special thank you to Alex as well — this young hotel owner is incredibly humble, warm, and kind. They truly made us feel at home.
The rooftop restaurant was also amazing, and the food was delicious. The fondue was excellent — I highly recommend trying the restaurant. Thank you very much for everything!

a equipe desde a recepçao até o restaurante muito simpática e atenciosa. Quartos confortáveis. Localizado muito perto do Castelo de Gruyéres. Café da manhã de boa qualidade.
Tudo muito bom, mas podem melhorar a composição do café da manhã, disponibilizando a maquina de café que muitos restaurantes têm, com opcoes diversas e manter o buffet com frutas.
Personnel très sympa, Ethan et son collègue de la réception ont été impeccables, sourire, gentillesse, à l'écoute, tout était parfait, et le repas était excellent, on a passé une excellente soirée.

The location and the cosy atmosphere
Certain parts need renovation, eg bathroom.
Breakfast needs more variety for its price.
The restaurant maitre has to be more professional and improve the way he addresses the clients/visitors. We arrived at the property early and had to wait for the check in time which is understandable. In the meantime, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel and a bit later we ordered some drinks. Before noon he asked us to leave the restaurant area claiming we could not stay having only the drinks and we either had to order food or be moved to the bar - which was not an actual bar area but a small bar counter which is definitely not a place for hotel guests to spend 2-3 hrs until check in. It is not the guests problem that the hotel does not have a proper waiting area for someone to have a coffee or just wait while waiting for check in and is not in line with hospitality rules to ask your hotel guests to leave a sitting area whilst they have already spent money sitting there.

Habitaciones demasiado “rústicas”
Emplacement parfait sur la montée du château devant le spectacle féérique des boutiques et restaurants illuminés pour les fêtes. Réception discrète et souriante (une vraie recontre pleine d'humanisme avec le fils du propriétaire en personne), gentillesse et écoute de nos demandes. La déco des chambres et des parties communes rêvée pour un vrai dépaysement de charme et d'authenticité à Gruyère. Je recommande vivement !
