Excellent location with everything you need
Pros:

Location is ideal. Close to transport links and walkable to many key tourist spots whilst also being in a pretty neighbourhood that was quiet at night. Local restaurants and bars excellent, as well as handy convenience stores. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Lovely view looking over the church on the opposite side of the street, with windows that opened fully which I appreciated as I like fresh air. But the room also had air con/heating which worked well. Lovely powerful and warm shower. Really great to have a mini fridge and TV with casting.

Cons:

Only thing that I missed was a kettle in the room and an iron would have been a nice extra. Only one plug socket in room and the USB socket didn't work.

Based on my latest experience, I would not use the hotel again
Pros:

This hotel is located in a great area, quiet, just a 20 minute walk from the main tourist areas and close the Metro stations. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and was pleased, however, this time I was very disappointed. I booked a standard room for 2 people. The room was basically clean, unless you looked up and saw the cobwebs. The hallways were damaged in many areas from cleaning carts. The bathrooms were small, but very functional. They were not clean. I moved a waste basked and discovered a small hole and mold. The shower was also moldy. The toilet paper holder was damaged, though still functional. As for the service, I had minimal interaction, but those I did have were good. The hotel, at times, could be noisy. I did not utilize any of the amenities (food, drink) as there were bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel.

Il bagno senza riscaldamento era gelido.
Nella stanza mancava la coperta supplementare e avevo freddo, mettere sempre ,il cliente potrebbe avere freddo!

Cons:

Colazione ottima, pulizia perfetta.

Pros:

Hotel simple bien placé au calme confortable , très accueillant pour les groupes grâce aux espaces « salon »
Pros:

L’emplacement calme, la possibilité de garer la voiture à proximité le temps du séjour , les chambres spacieuses, les lits confortables..bon petit déjeuner et personnel efficace, les salons à disposition

L’ameublement des chambres un peu trop spartiate et froid..

L’emplacement est top car proche de plusieurs métro et à 20 min à pied du centre (duomo)

Cons:

Les chambres sont relativement petites, sans équipements particuliers, pas un grand confort. J’ai changé 2 fois de chambre durant mon sérieux… celles au RDC sont très bruyantes (rue + accueil d’hotel). L’établissement mérite un petit rafraîchissement général
