Very nice room
Pros:

Beautiful view of the chapel and nice big shower. The beds were comfy the room was a nice size.

Cons:

We didnt stay long enough.

Cons:

I arrived at the B&B Hotel Milano Sant'Ambrogio on July 3rd at 21:00 for a short, one-night stay before my flight. Upon arrival, I presented my confirmation, but the front desk clerk was cold, dismissive, and entirely uncooperative. Despite the fact that I had a confirmed reservation, he refused to listen to my concerns or provide any flexibility. He insisted on moving me to a different hotel immediately, showing no regard for the fact that I had specifically booked and received confirmation for his property. As a pathetic attempt to compensate for this distress, he offered me a bottle of water, a gesture that was insulting rather than helpful.

To make matters worse, I had not received any clear or accurate prior notice regarding this change. Because I am traveling abroad and rely solely on internet access, I can’t receive your phone calls if there were any. The only email I received was completely misleading: it stated that the hotel could not accommodate me, yet it listed the exact same hotel as the "alternative" property (see attached!).

Due to this incompetence, I was under the reasonable impression that your email was sent in error. Furthermore, my Booking.com app continued to display your hotel as my confirmed stay, leaving me in total uncertainty upon my late arrival. I was forced to navigate the city with my luggage for 30 minutes on foot to reach the "B&B HOTEL Milano City Center Duomo," without any confirmation that a room was actually reserved for me.
This level of service is utterly unacceptable, especially given the short nature of my stay. Not only did you fail to communicate effectively, but your staff’s cold demeanor and your misleading notifications caused me significant physical distress and unnecessary hardship immediately before my flight.

I expect a formal explanation for this failure and immediate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Great location!
Pros:

It was close to Last Supper & Tram 16. Perfect location. Plus a fabulous breakfast of savory and sweet. Also an ice machine!

Cons:

The A/C turns itself off after several hours. So we woke up in the night. Also the ice machine area closes at 11. Send early considering everyone eats dinner out at 9 pm. When we got home, we wanted ice.

Satisfactory hotel in City Centre
Pros:

Comfy bed. Clean room. Nice breakfast. Comfortable shared lounge.

Cons:

Sound proofing is bad. Our room is at ground level, very noisy if there are people talking at the reception or near the lift. No charging points near the beds. Only disposable cups are provided. Only one bottle of free water is provided for twin room. Need to carry heavy luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the reception.
