Very basic room, facilities and breakfast.

Rather stuffy room. Not sure A/C was working properly.
Clean, easy access to the metro, and within walking distance of attractions such as the Duomo and the Galleria. Cozy little bars in the neighborhood in the evenings. Walking distance to the canals with plenty of restaurants and cafés.
Location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. They were also very helpful.
The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. Quiet location.
It was right beside the metro into the city centre or the airport.

Lacks of bathroom space, doesn't have a bar to spend some times at rainy afternoon. In 2 persons room it needs 2 chairs, to seat at lease.
The location was very close to both the metro and the main attractions. It was a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing place to stay. The neighborhood was also calm and pleasant. The staff were friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. We also liked that the rooms were accessed with a passcode. If I visit again, I would definitely choose the same hotel.
The heating function of the air conditioner seemed to be centrally disabled — perhaps it was seasonal — but it was a bit chilly in the evenings.
