Good place for a Juneau stay, especially if you are coming from the ferry or airport.
Pros:

Complimentary pickup from the airport and ferry. Nice comfortable convenient place to stay in Juneau.

Pros:

Housekeeping staff were great

Cons:

Front desk clerk made no effort to facilitate early check-in or expedite room turnover. Instead, housekeeper had to initiate it. Overall outside appearance is poor. Requested an airport shuttle in the morning and had to go to the office to check if shuttle was coming. Shuttle arrived @ 10 minutes late and clearly had non-hotel customers in it.

Great convenient
Pros:

Convenient to be able to prepare own meals. Comfortable and spacious appartment. Airport and ferry shuttle service.

Cons:

Very small guest laundry for a lot of rooms making it challenging to access.

Rooms were spacious and the actual bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable. The price is too expensive overall in Juneau. I would not pay that much for a hotel room anywhere else. Juneau prices are out of control.

Convenient hotel near airport for late arrivals
Pros:

It had a separate bedroom.

Cons:

kitchen floor dirty with spots of something stuck on the floor, under kitchen sink debris all over, shower curtain was grossly pink at the bottom& the tub was dirty. I asked for a new shower curtain I got the snap in liner only. :(

Good for a short stay
Pros:

Good value hotel for short stay. Two very helpful front office staff. Another one who gave the strong impression that she would rather not have to deal with customers.

Cons:

The unpleasant staff member wanted to charge $2 for a roll of toilet paper. She only relented when we explained that we had not been given a full roll in the room. We have stayed in 100s of hotels around the world and this is the very first time we have been charged for toilet paper. We also had to clean the grimy window seal, and wash basin in the bathroom.
