Good for a short stay
Pros:

Good value hotel for short stay. Two very helpful front office staff. Another one who gave the strong impression that she would rather not have to deal with customers.

Cons:

The unpleasant staff member wanted to charge $2 for a roll of toilet paper. She only relented when we explained that we had not been given a full roll in the room. We have stayed in 100s of hotels around the world and this is the very first time we have been charged for toilet paper. We also had to clean the grimy window seal, and wash basin in the bathroom.

I Don’t recommend it
Pros:

Sheets had holes, small, lumpy pillows, bed hard n very uncomfortable, very bleached towels, no water for 2 hours told us to buy from their vending machines. Airport transportation was provided. Suite was large. tv poor quality. Bare necessities in kitchen. Would not stay here again.

Filthy hotel and laundry facilities. Unhelpful desk clerk.

Cons:

Rude and unhelpful desk clerk. When we told her the laundry facilities were filthy, she responded, “well don’t use them then”. There was a dump outside the front door and the area looked unsafe. We were very concerned and moved to a new hotel. We ate the cost of the room and moved to another hotel.

Will stay here again when flying out of Juneau on a morning flight.
Pros:

Convenient to airport and free shuttle. Restaurant just a short walk from the hotel-had the best halibut ever and generous servings.

Perfect Location
Pros:

Frontier Suites is our favorite place to stay in Juneau. It is close to all the amenities we desire, so we can either drive or walk to these places.
