Nice location, kitchen well supplied, great coffee and comfortable seating area.
Filthy conditions, bathroom fan has NEVER been cleaned! Dishes look like they’ve never been washed! No means to wash dishes by hand. Temperature was very hot, even on cold, rainy days! When we requested toilet paper and soap from the front desk the staff was rude and told us we needed to buy our own!! We only stayed 4 nights!!!
Location was great near the airport with close access to the Mendenhall Glacier Park. Shuttle service to and from the airport was very helpful. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jacob.
Barking dog outside our rear location room on the first night was a bit annoying.

Though close to the airport, most activities are in downtown Juneau - either rent a car or taxi, which is not cheap
We were flying in early for a cruise. Great location near the airport for convenient transfer.
Staff were friendly and responsive. Room was clean. Onsite restaurant was excellent.
Room was large but could have done with less furniture like the rooms of others in our party. We had a desk with chairs and a dining table with chairs which crowded the space.

Too hot due to heating system, not weather, with no way to adjust the temp. Opened windows to be comfortable. Hairs found in bathroom. Should be more clean. Expensive for outdated hotel.

We just needed a place for one night. This was rated ok and was not too expensive. Friendly front desk check-out clerk.
Unfriendly front desk check-in clerk. Loud Kids outside zooming around the parking lot on scooters. Loud music in lobby when we brought our bags in. The room had lots of deferred maintenance issues (fire sprinkler hanging out of the ceiling, living room ceiling light fixture did not work, bathroom ceramic sink was corroded, couch was old & sunken, etc.).
