It is great for the price!
Pros:

The location is great, and room is clean although a bit small.

Cons:

1 Dislike the toilet, cannot compare to Japan hotels, there is no autowhshlet installed which cause inconvenience for personal hygiene.
2 no auto laundry room, so if stays last more than a week, there is no place for laundry,
