The room was clean and well organized, with all the necessary amenities available. The bed was comfortable and clean.
The bathroom became like a wet room after showering as there was no curtains or divider between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. But with this said, the shower was great with good pressure and heat.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was by far the worst I have ever had.
At around 3:00 AM, I returned to the hotel and had to use the side entrance because the main entrance was locked. My complaint is not about the locked entrance. My complaint is that the area around the side entrance was poorly lit and there was an uncovered drainage trench. I stepped directly into it with my full body weight and suffered a serious foot injury. At the time I believed I had broken my foot.
Several strangers ran over to help me because I could not stand. They had to call a hotel employee, who did not come out on his own.
What shocked me most was not the accident itself, but the complete lack of support afterwards.
The hotel had no wheelchair. I had been assigned a room on the second floor of a building without a lift, and despite it being obvious that I could not put any weight on my injured foot, nobody offered to move me to a ground floor room or to another building with lift access. Instead, strangers carried me upstairs while the hotel staff simply watched.
The only thing I was offered was pain medication, which I already had. There was no ice because the hotel said they had run out. When I noticed cuts on my foot, I was given saline solution and alcohol wipes, but no cotton pads because they had apparently run out of those as well. I found it unbelievable that a hotel in Singapore did not have such basic first aid supplies available.
The staff member’s attitude was also disappointing. When I asked how I was supposed to reach my room without a lift, the response was, “Who told you there is no lift?” The tone was dismissive and rude. Even the people who had helped me from the street commented that the response was inappropriate.

The pool was open until 9pm - so Google's AI overview was incorrect. This was great after a long flight.
The location was great - near to Bugis - where, for shopping you have Bugis Markets, Bugis Junction, Bugis + and more.
For eating - the Albert Centre Food Court & Market on Queen Street really can't be beat for variety and quality at a good price.
Near by is the Sultan's Mosque and a coterie of good eateries too.
Jln Besar and Serangoon Road are a pleasant walk away with superb temples to visit.
Two MRT stations are nearby, easy to get to from the airport and to get to other places from.
There's a little building work down the road but that was fine.

Located near to Cenang Patti but away from the crowds. Fantastic breakfast. The saltwater pool was clean and cool.
The staff were the standout here. Always attentive, always available and accommodating. Loved our stay at Rest Bugis.

The property was very clean and in a great location, the staff were very accommodating and rooms cleaned daily. Also had Netflix on the projector they provided and water machines. Pool lovely too.
The property was great, only thing is the 100S deposit, if you pay in card takes 2-4 weeks to be received back best paying with cash.
