Can't trust Jonathan
Pros:

The soft bed and the room set up

Cons:

Jonathan had answered my question about arrival and he gave me a false assumption that if I arrive early, I could check in if people were checking out that morning. When I arrived, I learnt that I had to wait till 2pm to check in. Habib, the staff that day was kind so I didn't cancel my stay. He allowed me to freshen up. The next day on my check out, I had an interview. Jonathan told me I can come back and change after my interview cause I left my bags behind. It was 33°C. I'm coming from Melbourne where it's cold. When I came back to the hotel after my interview, Jonathan told me I had to leave and can't access even the toilet. It was a hot day. I just needed to change and remove my makeup. That's it. But once again, false information from Jonathan. I had to leave. I was coming and leaving via overnight train so it made the entire experience even harder.

Depressing
Pros:

Convenience to train to airport.cheap.

Cons:

I paid a cheap rate and got a very depressing room. Looked like the one in the movies where they hit rock bottom and overdose. I thought I was booking a different place I'd stayed before. It had a single bed and was small but was pleasant.

Clean, pleasant and comfortable room right opposite the Central Station.
Pros:

Clean, pleasant and comfortable room. Helpful and welcoming staff, offering useful advice. I'm surprised its rating is only 2.

Cons:

Nothing major, maybe an extra hook on the wall and a shaving mirror above the sink.
