Hotel Horison Ultima Bekasi sangat membantu saya dalam menyelesaikan berbagai urusannsaya selama menginap 5 malam ibarat rumah sendiri.

Cons:

Pelayanan yang sepenuh hati membantu anak saya menyiapkan tugas ospek, yaitu bawa bekal melakui early breakfast yang dimasak dan dia tar ke kamar bahkan ketika pesan dg alergi tertentu. Petugas Alfin mengatar setiap pukul 5 pagi dengan rapi dan proper. Dia melayani melebihi ekspektasi bahkan seluruh tim dapur hotel ini begitu memberi pengalaman memukau.

Een hotel dat iets hoog probeert te houden dat er niet (meer) is, maar met heel vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De vloerbedekking was erg vies, grote vlekken. Als je bij roomservice iets te eten bestelde kon je er geen cola zero bij doen en ze hadden behalve thee ook geen enkele drank zonder suiker. Er was inde ochtend een gigantische keuze bij het ontbijt, maar meer kwantiteit dan kwaliteit, veel had weinig smaak

Pros:

Erg vriendelijk personeel, ruime keuze aan ontbijt met elke dag toch wel andere dingen. Vanuit hotel loop je zo de mall in. Roomservice 24 uur beschikbaar. Kortom ons verblijf is zeer goed bevallen.

Comfortabel en slechte gym.
Pros:

Er was veel keuze bij het ontbijt, vooral Indonesisch eten zelf. De service was top en het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De locatie was ook fijn, want het was maar een paar seconden lopen naar de mall naast het hotel.

Cons:

De gym viel HEEL erg tegen. Op de foto's zag je een grote gym met veel apparatuur, maar in het echt was het maar een klein kamertje met een paar dumbbells en een toestel dat stuk is. Voor de rest waren er geen dingen die echt tegen vielen.
