Great location but room was not ideal terrible bed that kept coming apart and wiring issues with one of the bed side lam
Pros:

Close to lots of shops and restaurants

Cons:

Bed kept coming apart so I had a terrible night sleep
And one of the bed side lamps electrical wires must be not working as the light would randomly turn off and back on

Wonderful!! Very accommodating, clean and beautiful room, amazing view, lovely building and facilities. We loved it!
Pros:

They were very accommodating with our requests. Helped make my partner and I’s anniversary extra special, even gave us champagne as a gift! Staff were friendly and the room was incredible. One of the nicest studio apartments I’ve been in. 10/10 it was absolutely lovely.
I can’t recommend this property enough!! If we ever stay there again, I’d love to explore the facilities they had to offer as we were only there for one night.

Cons:

One of the bedside tables lights didn’t work.
We are new to booking hotels as young adults and were not notified at all about a $100 pre-deposit upon arrival! Although I could have missed it somehow. We did not have to do this at other hotel stays. Luckily I was able to comfortably deposit that amount but it did take away some of the budget I had for our stay! Apparently, pre-deposits are the norm, so keep this in mind when booking!

Dirty and poorly maintained
Pros:

Carpet was disgusting with several stains. Bathroom had mold and the vent was dirty. We found a spider on the bed and many pieces of hair from someone else. Would definitely not recommend.

Good Location, friendly service, well appointed rooms
Pros:

Great central location, good parking, well-appointed and large room and bathrooms with good facilities. Gym pool sauna all looked great, but we didn't have time to use them. Breakfast was ordinary, otherwise great stay.

Multiple issues during the stay
Pros:

All 4 pillows in the room had an odour on arrival, with no spare pillows in the room to swap them out. Housekeeping then told us there were no spare pillows in the entire hotel, and had to switch our pillows to memory foam ones. We also had the Do Not Disturb light at the door for when the baby was asleep, but that didn't prevent Housekeeping from knocking on the door multiple times nor ringing the in-room phone multiple times, thus waking the baby up on numerous occasions. The automatic tap in the bathroom also had a faulty sensor. Overall, below expectations. Stay somewhere else if you can.
