Convenient location, comfortable room but never again
Cons:

Construction next to the hotel until 10pm at night and started up again at 7am on a Saturday morning - which was not disclosed at the time of booking

Won’t be back.
Pros:

Location. Room itself was fine.

Cons:

Bed was too halves joined together which didn’t match up. Had a cliff in the middle of the bed. Pool room had no handle to enter. May have been under maintenance but no sign. Shower head on ceiling had blocked holes.

Excellent location
Pros:

The central location within the city. It is located close to great restaurants, public transport & the Botanical Gardens. It is within walking distance of Southbank, Kangaroo Point and New Farm Park.

Cons:

The view was not as spectacular as anticipated. There is much renovation going on in the city.
