The stairs. Whe. We got to the apartment, the stairs were wet as in there was puddle of water and can be slippery and dangerous

Location was good. Good internet. Bed was very comfortable.
No free to air TV, had to use internet. Building is quite old. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Kitchen drawer wouldn't close. Only one bread/butter plate. Carpet was well worn. Check in was across the road in a different building.

Shower needs changed. You get either very hot water or very cold water, suddenly. It was hard to mix both. Lot of noise outside the apartment at night. Could not sleep at all. There is no place to stop Taxi or Uber. Uber could not drop us at door step. We had to push our luggage to apartments.
A few minutes walk to Darling Harbour, restaurants, sight seeing etc. Parking close by.
The property was in okay condition. The bathroom had chipped tiles, paint was chipped, and overall it was in need of some work. However you get what you pay for and I knew what to expect for the price I paid. Also quite noisy from the street especially on a Saturday night (we stayed level 1)
Nothing the staff were rude and very unhelpful worst experience I have ever had.
Everything staff at the front desk could not even really understand English, I don't have a licence at the . moment and would not except my old licence as photo id even though I had pension cards and a Medicare card along with other things that had my name and address on it never again will I stay there...
The location was great close to the darling harbour the staff were great.
The tv reception wasn't great.
The soap dispenser feel of the wall while we're sleeping woke us up.
The carpet mat was left up my son triped on it

How much people deposit have not been transferred back no way I'm the frist this dune to me. As I work in hotels and apartments, I understand how things work 🙃
Loved everything, cute neat tidy little apartment which has everything youd need for a little getaway.
Everything we needed was within walking distance. The view from tge roof was fantastic.
Wasnt too much we didnt like.
Bonjour, j'ai séjourné cinq nuits avec ma femme et mes deux enfants
-les lits et le ménage sont faits tous les jours.
-les serviettes sont changées tous les jours.
-la piscine et l'apéro sur le toit-terrasse sont plutôt sympas.
-le lit adulte était confortable.
-le canapé-lit n'était pas très confortable pour les enfants.
-il n'y a pas de mitigeur dans la douche et il n'est pas possible de régler la hauteur.
-les équipements pour faire la cuisine au niveau casserole sont un peu justes.
-le four est un four à gaz, un peu dangereux pour un appartement…
-la table est vraiment petite pour 4, on ne peut pas la rallonger.
-je fini pars le pire. Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage, on entend les gens et la musique jusqu'à environ 2 h du matin et les voitures, scooters toute la nuit. Il serait top de mettre du double, voire du triple vitrage.

De accomodatie is echt gedateerd. Er is gewoon iedere keer als er gedacht werd met deze extra optie kunnen we meer verdienen dat toegevoegd, maar verder geen vernieuwingen gedaan en het pand is oud.....Het bad is geen bad maar een diepere douchebak. Als je groter bent dan 1.65m kun je niet goed onder de douche staan. De geluidsoverlast is best groot. Plaats dubbel glas of leg oordopjes klaar.
