Locatie was voortreffelijk. Bus stopt voor de deur. Je zit midden in het centrum van Singapore. Winkels en restaurantjes tegenover het hotel.

Cons:

Thoroughly enjoyed my 1 month stay here. The front desk & housekeeping staff were always friendly & helpful with anything I needed. A special shoutout to Cindy for being so attentive & responsible throughout my stay.

Pros:

位置好，楼下就是公交站，地铁需要走5分钟左右，路熟了也很近。楼下有便利店、小超市、快餐店。马路对面有很多很多美食。
服务好，有需要前台很快安排处理，员工很健谈热心。
风景好，楼层高，可以无遮挡看到摩天轮和滨海湾公园，除夕到初二三天晚上还能欣赏到牛车水放的烟花。

Cons:

设施略有陈旧，比如抽油烟机、排风扇和洗衣机，但也不太影响使用。
厨房主要是西式用餐习惯，没有筷子和蒸屉。

Apartment with a view
Pros:

We stayed 7 nights in the lovely 2 bedroom suite. It had everything needed for a family on vacation as there was a kitchenette and washer/dryer.

The staff on duty at the front desk were extremely friendly and loved playing with my daughter. They spent time saying hi to her making her comfortable and made her smile. Cindy even made the effort to purchase toys for her to experience what growing up pre millennium felt like. There was another lady who I forgot her name and she gave us very handy tips on which buses to catch. House keeping staff were great and very accomodating as well.

The best part of the apartment was the view was excellent and it kept my daughter entertained for hours. The location was great as it was just opposite many eateries and Arab street. Family friendly malls were also a short bus ride away.

Happy with the stay here and would definitely recommend it for young families.

​In a serviced suite environment, you want to feel a sense of community and ease, and Cindy delivers exactly that. She is, hands down, one of the most charismatic and professional receptionists I have ever encountered.
​Why she deserves a shout-out:
​A Constant Warm Welcome: Every time I walked through the lobby, I was met with Cindy’s infectious smile and a genuine greeting. Her energy is incredible; she has a way of making every guest feel like a VIP.
​Highly Responsive & Reliable: Whenever I had a query or needed to coordinate house cleaning schedules, Cindy was on top of it immediately. There was never a need to ask twice—she is remarkably efficient and ensures everything is handled with a "can-do" attitude.
​The Gold Standard of Hospitality: It’s rare to find someone who balances such a friendly, bubbly personality with total professional competence. She genuinely cares about the guest experience, and it shows in every interaction.
​Cindy is a massive asset to the PARKROYAL team. If you’re staying here, you’re in great hands with her at the desk. I’ll definitely be back, largely because of the high standard of service she provides!

Book it you won’t be disappointed
Pros:

Location was excellent close to Nicholl Highway MRT, little Arab street, Haji Lane and the restaurants, cafes and shops. Pool was sensational, loved the sunbeds and the view of the wheel and sky tower. I was so grateful for the upgrade to my room the bed was comfortable, entire apartment super clean . Staff were friendly speacial mention for Oscar amazing customer service. Thank you for making my one week stay memorable. Highly recommended

Appartement confortable, propre et bien équipé.
Piscine agréable. Personnel serviable.
Bien placé, avec arrêt de bus au pied et de métro à 400 mètres.
Avec en prime vue d3 la chambre sur le feu d’artifice de Kallang (nouvel an)!

The perfect spot from which to explore Singapore
Pros:

The location was amazing. Perfect for getting around Singapore. I would highly recommend the Parkroyal Serviced Apartments as a Singapore base. There is a bus stop out the front and getting anywhere by car is fairly inexpensive. The facilities were good too although we didn't get the chance to use them - unfortunately we were too busy!

Cons:

Our friends had some issues with their air conditioning and the staff attended several times trying to fix it but it remained an issue for the whole visit. We did notice in our room that some things needed some updating but it didn't stop us from enjoying our time there and the staff were so helpful and the rooms were kept clean.
