Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit tired.

Pool is lovely but poorly equipped with not enough lounges/daybeds and a plastic decking that heats up beyond belief and yet they haven’t had the inclination to put down mats to protect the scorched feet of the guests - honestly inept.

Singapore is great for a short stay - beautiful parks and gardens and great selection of places
Pros:

The closeness to the hawker stalls.
The fabulous view from our 18th floor window.

We do not had a pleasant stay in Singapore. Very dissppinted
Pros:

We had a very clear view of the Singapore flyer from our bedroom and it was very lovely

Cons:

The property was old. The bathroom and the toilet sink did not drained properly. We have to shower in stagnant water and the water overflows over the entire bathroom floor. The sink as well. The property was old. We have to walk about 10 mns to the MRT station.

Pros:

Emplacement à 2 pas de chinatown et du MRT.
Hotel très accueillant, personnel dévoué. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la box petit déjeuné que nous avons pu avoir lors de notre départ étant donné que nous devions quitter l'hôtel avant l’ouverture du petit déjeuner, elle était copieuse.
Tout était parfait.

Pros:

For my parents first time overseas the service was amazing, Cindy made my family's welcome amazing. The gift left by the hotel staff and the kind words was wonderful and made my mum enjoy her birthday celebrations even more. Thank you everyone for the amazing stay.

Cons:

We didn't have the sugars for our morning drinks restocked very often so we had to take some from the lobby.

Locatie was voortreffelijk. Bus stopt voor de deur. Je zit midden in het centrum van Singapore. Winkels en restaurantjes tegenover het hotel.

Cons:

Ontbijt was goed, maar niet goedkoop.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 1 month stay here. The front desk & housekeeping staff were always friendly & helpful with anything I needed. A special shoutout to Cindy for being so attentive & responsible throughout my stay.

Pros:

位置好，楼下就是公交站，地铁需要走5分钟左右，路熟了也很近。楼下有便利店、小超市、快餐店。马路对面有很多很多美食。
服务好，有需要前台很快安排处理，员工很健谈热心。
风景好，楼层高，可以无遮挡看到摩天轮和滨海湾公园，除夕到初二三天晚上还能欣赏到牛车水放的烟花。

Cons:

设施略有陈旧，比如抽油烟机、排风扇和洗衣机，但也不太影响使用。
厨房主要是西式用餐习惯，没有筷子和蒸屉。

Apartment with a view
Pros:

We stayed 7 nights in the lovely 2 bedroom suite. It had everything needed for a family on vacation as there was a kitchenette and washer/dryer.

The staff on duty at the front desk were extremely friendly and loved playing with my daughter. They spent time saying hi to her making her comfortable and made her smile. Cindy even made the effort to purchase toys for her to experience what growing up pre millennium felt like. There was another lady who I forgot her name and she gave us very handy tips on which buses to catch. House keeping staff were great and very accomodating as well.

The best part of the apartment was the view was excellent and it kept my daughter entertained for hours. The location was great as it was just opposite many eateries and Arab street. Family friendly malls were also a short bus ride away.

Happy with the stay here and would definitely recommend it for young families.
