Convenient and quiet but a bit in need of an upgrade
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff very quit at night

Cons:

No streaming options available 2 teabags for a double room for 3 days a bit skinny Staff seldom at reception

Should’ve discounted when so much renovation are going on and couldn’t use the balcony.
Pros:

Close to city centre.

Cons:

The roof was all torn apart you could see into the ceilings, the shower was mouldy, the aircon barely worked, there was old grated cheese in the freezer and freezer was filthy inside with old food.

Great location in Canberra CBD
Pros:

Lovely big apartment with kitchen and laundry located close by lots of restaurants and cafes. We walked to King O’Malley’s Irish Pub for dinner & then Via Dolce Patisserie and had a great time at both.
Lovely comfortable bed and staff were really helpful. Will definitely stay here when we come back to Canberra

Great value for money and comfortable apartments.
Pros:

It was an older building and slightly dated and was currently undergoing some maintenance. It was probably the cheapest hotel/apartment that I have ever rented. The room was large, and clean and the bed was comfortable. It even had an indoor pool and gym. The location was perfect. I have no complaints; I would definitely book there again.

Cons:

Nothing, it was very nice given that it was not expensive.

Would not go back
Pros:

Location was handy to the CBD, and parking was close to the lift. The room was disappointing.

Cons:

The room was disappointing; the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed my family has ever slept in. Got a roll-away single delivered, and my guests took the main bed, which was also uncomfortable. I took the single on night 2 as they got zero sleep night 1 on the sofa. There was a cricket in the kitchen, which kept me up on night 2. The fridge leaked all over the kitchen tiles, making a slip hazard, and the doorknob fell off the ensuite. My Daughter said she would not have paid. Guess I'm too kind.
