Holiday time
Pros:

Central location
The staff were very courteous and friendly and helped with information we asked about .
Parking $25 extra per night. We factored this into our stay and it was reasonable
Excellent indoor heated pool and enclosed roof top tennis court

Cons:

Some building works are happening in the corridors on the floors. It's a bit messy.

The dryer in our apartment didn't work.
The fridge was freezing some food.

Bathroom smelled mouldy. The overall room decoration was very tired and certain parts did not appear clean.

Excellent location but some shortcomings
Pros:

Excellent central location. The room was clean and had all we need. Beds were comfy. It was great to have an indoor pool and gym facility.

Cons:

A lot of repairs were in progress which were a little concerning as a lot of ceiling was exposed in hallways and signs mentioned to report any leaking water or gas. Our balcony also was off limits due to safety, The wifi wasn’t effective unfortunately. I also didn’t realise until on arrival that it is part of private apartments as well so there was a mix of tenants.

Pros:

Good location for walking to shops and restaurants right in the city. It was also close to ANU. I liked the option of a sofa bed in the office for a child. The pool is actually pretty big and a sauna. Spa wasnt working.

Cons:

Sofa bed needs upgrading, not comfortable.
Its getting a bit dated. The kitchen was for basic cooking. The parking was quite expensive.

I had a very comfortable, safe, and happy stay at Nesuto.
Pros:

I loved the location of the property and the security is tight. The apartment I had was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The property is handy to the shops and the Canberra CBD generally. It is a very scenic area. The staff are very helpful and supportive.

Cons:

The property might need to maintain or replace their clothes dryers. One in an apartment I was in didn't work well at all and the second one didn't automatically turn off. But it is really useful and helpful to have these appliances to use in the apartments.

A Central Canberra Stay for a Good Price
Pros:

Located in the CBD with several restaurants and parks in walking distance, the Nesuto Canberra was perfect for my family's needs for the short stay. The small kitchen was well appointed with several options for cooking, its included washing machine and dryer was perfect. They set up the sofa bed in the living room for my child and the bathroom was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The ceiling on our floor was open, and we were worried that there would be construction noise during our stay, but there was no noise which is good. The automatic lighting on the hallway was surprising, as we would open the door to a dark hallway at night but it would turn on after several seconds.

The place was in a great location and good value for money. The halls leading to the rooms were in varying states of renovations though the rooms themselves were comfortable, clean and what you needed for a simple stay.

Nice apartment hotel
Pros:

Location is very convenience, staff are very nice, room is big, with a kitchen and everything, clean and comfortable. Be back next time when visit Canberra again.

The property was in the perfect location, very well equipped with stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, cooking utensils. Undercover car parking for extra expense.
