Lovely Welcome after an overnight flight.
Pros:

The receptionist was excellent, there were few people checking out and we were trying to check in, seemed chaotic but she handled the situation very well. As were were early we left out bags at the reception and walked around, Location is very good as it was very near to lots shops, Flinders station and the all talked about Lune crossiant bakery. Luckily it was a short Q and we managed to get in within 5 mins.
On one of the days, it was drizzling and she lent us the umbrella, such nice thoughts.
We will stay there again.

We had lovely stay in Melbourne and although accommodation was tired, a little shabby and could do with a deep clean an

Spacious rooms, location, bed configuration was suitable. Surfaces clean, furnishings nice. Staff very helpful in changing our room to more suitable bed configuration.

Cons:

Curtains falling off rail, no dish cloth/brush in kitchen sink. Room not serviced on the day it was supposed to be(half way through our stay)

Great location and the rooms looked amazing

Cons:

Not properly cleaned- lightswitches, floors and bench tops were dirty.
Beds were way too hard- didn't sleep.
Coffee machine but no coffee pods and no kettle for making tea.
The stools were broken and most of the handles in the cupboards were loose.
Needs a lot mote attention to detail.
