Pros:

Fantastic location right in the heart of Flinders lane. A 5 minute walk from Flinders Street station and to the cafes along Degraves street. Very quiet with the double glazed windows too.

Cons:

It is a little outdated. There were also 2 televisions in the apartment in front of each other ?? which did not work which was disappointing as the world soccer was on and could not be watched.

Very old hotel in good position.
Pros:

The location was great, close to everything. Rooms were spacious.

Cons:

The hotel is very old. Nothing has been updated in decades. There were holes in the walls into roof space and ducting where vents have been removed. There were cobwebs in the windows. There was scum on bath screen, water damage to vanity and dents and scratched in walls. Bed was not comfortable. Room was not soundproof. We had constant jack hammering from 7:00 from street below and smells from other rooms coming through the holes in the walls.

Overall a good experience & most definitely stay again.
Pros:

The location was fantastic.. very close to all Melbourne city has to offer. The apartment itself was clean & extremely spacious - lots of room to move around & be comfortable.

Cons:

While the apartment was well located, being in an ‘older’ heritage building (which I love & reminded me of being overseas), the windows are single glazed and therefore allow a lot of the street noise to be heard down below at all hours - even being up on a higher floor.

Great location but expect the accommodation to reflect the lower price.

Excellent location. Very easy to get around the city.

Cons:

The unit we were in has several broken items, including a tap, a blind and the couch, as well as being very worn and in need of general maintenance.
