Very friendly reception. Excellent Location. Comfortable beds. Will definitely return.

We would stay there again, due to the location & value for money
Pros:

Great location, larger than expected & handy having a good washing machine & dryer.

Cons:

Bathroom taps were difficult to turn with soapy hands, & a grab rail would be handy as it was tricky getting out of the tub onto slippery floors. Apart from that it was a good place to stay.

Horrible customer service and the apartment was disgusting.

I would not recommend staying at this property. After a 15-hour drive to Melbourne, we checked into the apartment expecting a clean and comfortable place to rest, however the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. The sofa had a strong unpleasant smell and appeared dirty, the carpet smelt damp as though it had been wet for some time, and the air conditioner remote was not working. Overall, the apartment did not feel clean, hygienic, or maintained to an acceptable standard for guest accommodation.

I also suffer from severe pollen and environmental allergies, and the condition of the apartment triggered a significant allergic reaction, which made it a serious health and safety concern. Despite raising this with reception, the staff member was unwilling to assist with a full refund or show understanding of the situation, she was laughing at the situation. Given the poor condition of the property and the lack of support from staff, I cannot recommend this accommodation to others.

Great staff, excellent location
Pros:

Rang the morning of arrival & they were more than happy to prepare our room for an early arrival (1200). Staff were more than helpful with all requests. Beds were so comfortable & apartment room were huge.

Cons:

Room above were like a herd of elephants & there were holes in the ceiling next to the fire system. The ensuit sink had a hole in it & the shower soap holder was coming off the wall.

Perfect short stay in Melbourne
Pros:

Perfect for price and location. Good size and comfortable. Will definitely be back for future concerts etc.

Cons:

We come from the country so we only hear our animals and birds in the morning. But garbage trucks and yelling from the lane way were waking us. However, we understand that's what you get in the heart of Melbourne and that is not a criticism of our accommodation at all.

Highly recommend for events at Rod Laver Arena and surrounding area.
Pros:

I stayed here before as it is great value for money, in the CBD and close to Rod Laver Arena. Its always clean and comfortable and meets all my needs!

Cons:
