lovely
Pros:

travelled to Dunedin for surgery which was cancelled until the following day, stayed here at Distinction which was fabulous, comfortable warm and very helpful to extend our stay, thank you.

A delightful stay. Warm comfortable and friendly.
Pros:

This is a delightful revamp of an old building. It’s warm, classy and very clean. Beds are comfy. Staff are friendly and approachable. This is now my new favourite in Dunedin. Great restaurant, breakfast variety to suit all tastes.

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The room was clean and well laid out and had a very comfortable bed. Undercover parking so close to the hotel was great too.

Pros:

All facilities in the room useful, having a washing machine and drier was great! All details were thought of

Great location and quiet rooms
Pros:

Great location and our suite was a decent size.
Clean and quiet.
Had a washer and dryer.
Restaurant and bar area on-site.

Cons:

More storage in the wardrobe and somewhere to hang jackets would have been great. The credenza behind the door when you come in was pretty redundant - so it would have been nice to have more storage there.
$30 a day for parking - same rate as the public pay, so could be a bit cheaper.
