Sehr schönes Zimmer Grundsätzlich sauber

Cons:

Aber leider ist die Lüftung sehr staubig gewesen und dadurch ist viel Staub von der Decke gefallen

Pros:

Great room and location - very quiet. Room spotlessly clean and well set up. Very comfortable.

Cons:

Corridor outside room smells a bit musty which is a bit off putting, but room perfectly fine, no smell and spotlessly clean

The room and bed were exceptionally comfortable. Dinner was delicious.

Cons:

The breakfast. Had to pay extra for coffee and the food selection was not tasty. Very surprising after experiencing a great dinner.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The location was good and the facilities excellent
Pros:

Everything. The room even had a laundry

Cons:

The restaurant could have stayed open a bit longer at night. I only just managed a light dinner when I came in from my wildlife tour at 9:00

We stayed as part of our 20th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect place to do that.
Pros:

Beautiful room with a lovely view, exceptionally clean and the bed was huge and so comfortable. The service at the front desk was friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was delicious with so much choice. Cocktails in the bar in the eveniing were a real treat.

Spacious rooms
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to octagon. Parking facility right opposite was great and secure. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast in hotel was very nice. Beds very comfortable and rooms are spacious. Stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Close to everything Dunedin!

Classy place
Pros:

First class hotel. We had a Junior Suite, very stylish, comfortable and well equipped, including a washer and dryer. The staff were excellent. The in house restaurant, Parcels, is also good.
