The bed was super comfortable, the room was dark and quiet, I had the best sleep I’ve had in ages!

Enjoyable 2 day stay in the heart of Dunedin.
Pros:

Well located modern hotel built behind a historic facade. Nearby parking was convenient, ability to access state highway 1 or the road out to the Albatross colony and Larnach Castle is good. Staff are friendly and professional.

Comfy, great location, good staff!
Pros:

Stayed here a lot with work so knew what to expect, great facilities, friendly staff, short walk to the heart of Dunedin.

Cons:

I should have got my company discount (my fault!!)

Excellent place to stay. Will definately chooses this hotel again.
Pros:

The staff were really friendly. The room was excellent. Didnt hear any road noise or noise from any other guests. The bed was really comfortable. In fact, I think I now want to buy a King size bed as we both slept so good and only have a Queen at hime. The shower had great water pressure, which is always something I rate a hotel on and is very important to me.

Cons:

There was nothing I didnt like.

Sehr schönes Zimmer Grundsätzlich sauber

Aber leider ist die Lüftung sehr staubig gewesen und dadurch ist viel Staub von der Decke gefallen
