Pros:

Cons:

A perfect base for our visit to Dunedin
Pros:

One of the best hotels we used during our extensive New Zealand holiday. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was smart and clean.

The room was brilliant and incorporated a washer and a dryer in the bathroom, which was invaluable as we had by then been travelling for two weeks.

The location is near most central attractions such as the Octagon and the area round the station.

We used the paid parking which is in a block literally across the access road from the entrance to the hotel. It was a weekend and the car park was fairly empty such that we easily found space on the ground floor - I suspect it doubles as commercial parking during the week as the hotel is in the business district when it would be much busier - and also cheaper on-street parking may be an option at weekend. Just remember to get your ticket validated at reception!

We would definitely return here if we came to Dunedin again and there's so much we missed that we would love to return.
