Cool Sea House

The pictures are fake. Do not believe in the pictures. If you’re on a budget then go for it. But if not, then just save a little extra and go elsewhere. My ceiling was leaking, they obviously knew about it because my room came with an extra bucket right underneath the leak spot. The A/C leaks as well, and its inside is cover in mold. And my room was the deluxe option. Honestly $30 a night wasn’t worth it being close to restaurants and the beach. $60 and up will get you a better place and a piece of mind knowing that your room is bugs free.

Trapphuset luktade kiss dock inget som spred sig in i rummet. Rummet var okej, inget märkvärdigt, fungerande tv och kyl, stor säng. Badrummet var dock inte alls bra. Luktade illa och det kom knappt vatten ur kranen i handfatet. Städningen innebar endast bäddning av säng (ej rena nya lakan) och nya duschprodukter. Blev besvikna då det var bild på en pool i annonsen men det fanns ingen pool alls. Relativt långt till stranden. Skulle inte komma tillbaka men trevlig personal!

This is definitely an example of “you get what you pay for”. If you’re hoping this place looks anything like the pictures, you’re in for a surprise. The downstairs lobby isn’t the most appealing to look at and while the stairway was clean, the smell of cat urine seeped in from the alleyway. Besides that, our room was clean and comfortable. Also keep in mind, there is no elevator, so if you’re all the way on the third floor like we were, you’ll be able to get some cardio in! On the other hand, if you’re looking for something inexpensive and right in the center of everything, this is definitely the place. Everything we needed was right outside our door. Staff was friendly and answered any questions that we had, making our stay as comfortable as possible. If there is a way to ensure a room on the first floor, I would stay again!

4ベッドのドミトリーに宿泊。部屋に3人いて鍵が2つ。部屋に誰かいるときは、中から開けてもらえと。とっても不便でした。冷蔵庫用のコンセントが壊れていて差し込んでも抜けてしまうので、別のコンセントから延長コードで電源を取りました。シャワールームがちょっと匂いました。シャワーカーテンがないので便器の方まで水が飛び、トイレットペーパーまで濡れてしまいます。ロビーの写真がとてもよく写っていますが、実際はこんなロビーじゃないですよ。

The staff is friendly but there isn’t 24/7 receptionist. They do have a few activities that they can arrange for you or order taxi for airport ride at departure. Overall, you get what you pay for a bed and clean shower. They also have an air conditioner but no stairs which might be a problem if you are traveling with many bags. It’s a walking distance from mall and Patong Beach. Small humble hotel has no amenities they do provide water and small fridge. Many restaurants and 711 pharmacies near by, taxis are always in the area if you are traveling solo, motor taxis are less expensive.

Perfect for solo traveler who needs a clean bed and isn’t looking for luxury.

My stay was great. The staff was extremely helpful (especially Peachy). Breakfast was tasty. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants an economical stay with all the ammenities at their disposal.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I had 9 days booked but unfortunately has to leave early as I had to travel home. The beach is a 15 minute walk away but there are plenty of shops/restaurants along the way. Thanks for a great stay!

The owner of the business was so cool and very helping. He asked me about my requirements, what I was looking for and helped me plan my stay. I am planning for a tour again and this time I will stay longer at this place only.

I would highly recommend Cool Sea House for a budget stay in Patong Beach - the staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean. It is also in a relatively quiet location in Patong Beach too but only a 10 minute walk from the Bangla Road area and Patong Beach so accessible for everywhere - a great place to stay for the price!

The staff was quite prompt to my request for a room change, very pleasant and helpful in showing me the ins and outs of the area, and arranged for a day cruise and then for my ferry to Karibo via Phi Phi island. I ended up staying five nights instead of my original plan of three nights.

My stay at the Cool Sea House was great! Friendly staff and owners! Comfortable rooms! Not in the party area, so it was quiet at night. You could easily walk to beach. I will be back!

Was good for the price. The staff was outstanding any issues we had were taken care of as soon as we left the room .location was nice and quiet yet close enough if you like waljing to the brach and all shopping or a short tuktuk ride. sure when I'm back in March I'll spend at least another week here.

Hotel was hard to find, had to stop at random stores and ask them, fortunately for us one of the store workers knew the place.
