Even though I rented from the app, they asked me for 10 times more money and did not let me into the hotel I want to complain, it is ridiculous that they demand high money, I demand that you do what is necessary as booking.com

the room looks old and the facilities need more upgrading/maintenance. the phone in my room does not have a dial tone and the hairdryer is defective

Great location, in walking distance to many sights. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was clean, spacious and modern. I was very happy that the hotel was able to accommodate my request for a late checkout.
