Cons:

at the front door there are always weird men waiting to come in, the room was not properly cleaned, there was so many dofferent stains around the whole room i couldnt even be bothered to take pictures of it all.

Where it was

Cons:

The groups of men hanging around outside and watching you put the door code in, which was the same as your room. They stood at the door waiting for access and when questioned responded with verbal abuse. When we requested a fob for the door to the apartment, instead of a code, we were told 'if we feel unsafe then call the police' not helpful at all. We also reported this matter to booking.com and we still are awaiting a response from them too. Also the cleaning could do with being looked at and the general upkeep of the apartment as you can see from the photographs. For the cost of this property we could have had a good hotel, we chose this for ease of cooking for ourselves and couldn't even make a slice of toast, we ended up having to eat out.
We have visited many places around the world and this was the ONLY place that I felt unsafe. I definitely would not recommend, certainly not to a single female traveller.

Leider kann ich nichts positives berichten

Der Aufenthalt konnte nicht stattfinden, da der Anbieter keineswegs Service orientiert arbeitet. Es ist verpflichtend, eine Kopie des Ausweises online hochzuladen, ohne darüber informiert zu werden und wie lange die Daten gespeichert werden, wo die Daten gespeichert werden und wie sie verschlüsselt werden und wer aus welchen Gründen Zugang zu den Daten hat. Da ich bereits einmal Opfer eines Identitätsdiebstahls geworden bin und weiß wie unangenehm das ist, werde ich das kein zweites Mal zulassen. Eine Stornierung war jedoch nicht möglich, so dass mir der Anbieter die zugangscodes für das Hotel verweigerte, obwohl ich bezahlt habe!!!

Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, was man aber nicht benutzen kann (Siebträger) sehr umständlich...
Waschbecken im Badezimmer unmöglich schlecht... Die Batterie ragt bis in der Mitte raus, so das man sich kaum waschen kann oder Zähne putzen...

Fin beliggenhet, det er omtrent alt bra

Cons:

Dårlig vasket, steinharde senger, flekker overalt. Papirtynne vegger som gjør du hører alt naboene holder på meg, naboer som driver privatbedrift på nattestid… anbefaler ikke dette stedet for familer/ alenereisende.

Lage direkt am Alex top. Parkplätze sehr nah,ca. 2 Euro Stunde,aber auch Parkhaus gut erreichbar,24 Euro/Tag
Wohnung top, natürlich klimatisiert,eben die typische Wärme, aber große Fenster zum lüften.
Bett groß,mit großer Decke..muß man mögen.
Kleine Küche,viel Schrank!! Badewanne/Dusche voll okay.

Cons:

Lage am Alex ist natürlich auch etwas prekär, da viel Bandenkriminalität..Sehr hohe Polizeipräsenz...
