Top locatie, warme kamer.
Pros:

De locatie. De faciliteiten waren ook goed en het was redelijk schoon.

Cons:

We waren in de zomer en er was geen airco aanwezig. De kamer, en eigenlijk het hele gebouw, was daardoor heel erg warm. Het koelde ook erg slecht af, zelfs al de ramen open waren. Deze konden in de nacht ook niet open, omdat er dan teveel overlast was van buiten.

Placeringen var ok

Cons:

Rengøringen af værelset. Afløb virkede ikke optimalt, der var ingen håndsæbe, bruseren faldt ned. Der var kun dobbeltdyne på værelset - ikke optimalt når man skal dele seng med sin teenagedatter.

Nice place in a nice spot
Pros:

Size of appartment and position.

Cons:

Outside noise with the window open. Ttams make a turn just below the window, all night long. With windows closed however there was no noise in the room.
Lack of air conditioning although I understand it is seldom needed in Berlin we were in the middle of a heatwave, sonthe choice was either to keep the windows open and hear the tram clang all night or windows colosed and 30 degrees.

Alojamiento cerca del centro con lo justo para pasar pocos días.
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, a 10 min a pie de Alexanderplatz. Muy buen servicio de atención al cliente online. Habitación correcta, cama cómoda y baño muy bien.
Wifi bueno.

Cons:

La cama estaba muy pegada a la pared por una parte. El servicio de atención al cliente de la primera planta correcto pero ojo que cierra el fin de semana. El apartamento viene con lo justo, ni servilletas. Poca climatización, un ventilador de torre. Dormir con la ventana abierta no es una opción. La cama era pequeña.

Uma estadia muito interessante e cultural.
Pros:

Bem localizado, muito confortável e silencioso perto de todos os transportes, cafés, animação, centro comercial, o quarto têm uma kitchenet bem equipada, para fazer pequenas refeições.

Cons:

Fazer o chek-in foi complicado, não fui informada que se tinha de preencher uma autorização, pedida pelo país, que só depois de estar preenchida é que davam os códigos.
Tivemos 1,30h para fazer o processo, pois estávamos na entrada do edifício debaixo de chuva.

Not worth your money
Pros:

Bed was okay, and the location is close to Alexanderplatz

Cons:

There is no airco!! And you have to open the windows which lets in all the noise from the ambulances that are very close and the tram line that is in the steet. The shower head was mensen with a loose screw, the tap in the bathroom was missing some pieces. There was no place to hang the face towel, the hook was broken. There is mold under the caulking of the shower glass pane.
It's not at all like any of the pictures. Very decieving. The seating was uncomfortable.
