Ok for a week stay
Pros:

Position. Spacious room. Well equipped.
Cleaning service included.

Cons:

Not well maintained. Humidity visible on one of walls, broken curtains and lamps.

Pros:

The area is great, as everything is relatively close by, with bus stops and the metro station very nearby.

Cons:

As for the bed, it was fine, but I personally am not used to sleeping on such soft mattresses, so for me they weren’t the most comfortable. However, this is really a matter of personal preference, and I wouldn’t lower the rating because of it. When we took the first shower, the water didn’t drain properly because the drain was clogged, but after we reported it, it was fixed the next day and everything worked well. The kitchen could maybe use a few more utensils, as we only had one pot to cook with, or at least I couldn’t find anything else. In any case, it’s just a suggestion since we only ate in the apartment one night.

Do not be fooled by their pictures, it's old and dirty
Pros:

Location, everything else was bad

Cons:

Bed was broken. I had to fix it myself to be able to sleep., panels loose, paint chipping from wall. The balcony was full of cigarettes and dirty. I didn't get any answer in the service number. I don't recommend to anyone. They will not even reimburse anything.

Pros:

Directions from Central Station were good and easy to follow.

The room was bright and well equipped.

The location on the fringe of Alexanderplatz was very good to walk to and around the historic parts of Mitte.

Cons:

The WiFi was very poor when it was available. Mobile data didn't always work as we were on the 5th floor.

Had to keep the windows closed at night in order to sleep due to constant and very noisy traffic especially the trams.

Pillows (1 per person) were dreadful.

The shower, while powerful enough, was at an awkward angle.

Pros:

Location is pefect. Entrance to building and room is easy and smooth. The room was clean and everything was really good. I will stay again sure for my Berlin visits.

Cons:

All was good, just only balcony chair might be better.

Ubicación excelente, piso muy bien equipado y limpio.
Pros:

La ubicación excelente. Al llegar había alguien en recepción que me ayudó a entrar a mi habitación y me la encontré en muy buen estado. Mi habitación estaba en la novena planta y el ruido era normal por la zona transitada de Berlin. Encontré una ventana sucia pero en cuanto pedí que subiera alguien de limpieza, tardaron 5 minutos en acercarse y lo limpiaron. La única queja es que la televisión no funcionaba. Sino un apartamento espacioso y con todo lo que uno necesita. Repetiré en mi próxima visita a Berlin.

Ideāla vieta Berlīnes izpētei
Pros:

Ideāla vieta, ja gribi redzēt Berlīni pastaigājoties vai ar sabiedrisko transportu. Alexanderplatz 3 minūtes ar kājām. Apkārt daudz vietu, kur labi paēst. Bet ja vēlies pats pagatavot, tad ir maza virtuvīte.
Liela vannasistaba ar vannu, kurā atgūties pēc dienas darbiem.

Cons:

Vannā dušas šļūtene domāta maziem cilvēciņiem. Kafijas automāts tikai ar pupiņām. Nevarēju atrast veikalu, kurā nopirkt sauju pupiņas .

Cons:

Las fotos no eran fieles a la realidad. No había tostadora ni las almohadas que en ellas se veían. La cama era algo incómoda y no estaban del todo limpias las sabanas. Al retirar una mesita de noche estaba sucio.Echamos en falta que nos facilitaran toallas y sábanas limpias.

Great mid-range option in centre city
Pros:

Excellent studio apartment space in centre of city. Great value for money, and the perfect spot for a base while exploring Berlin. Close to all transport possibilities, and walking distance to great restaurants and places to explore.

Cons:

The property is an excellent mid-range space, and great value for the price. It is a little dated and in need of minor maintenance, but not enough to be worrying based on the value and location. I still highly recommend the place.
