Please note that there is a 3% non-refundable charge for all credit card payments direct to the hotel. Please note that this property has no onsite reception. Guests are required to upload a photo identification (can be provided in person as approved with the hotel during reception hours only) and credit card must be rung through to reception for security purposes and for bonds. Indulge Apartments reserves the right to process an authorisation on the credit card on file to be held as a bond to cover any incidental charges. All bookings for Friday and Saturday nights, New Year’s Eve or other peak period dates will have a $300 for Apartments ($500 local and Broken Hill guests) and $500-$1000 for Homes and Penthouse bookings bond authorisation on credit card provided by registered guest (for bookings 4 days or more or for local and Broken Hill guests the bond will be processed as a sale and will incur a non-refundable credit card surcharge, and the balance refunded as per the below terms). If funds are not available for bond authorisation, self-check in access instructions for accommodation will not be provided. Bond authorisations are processed on the day of arrival; it will be processed on booking. Parking at some Indulge Apartments properties is very limited, please contact the property to discuss your parking requirements if this is important to you. Please contact the Indulge Apartments during reception hours only (Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Weekends 9am to 6.30pm and Public Holidays 9am to 5.30 pm (at your earliest convenience) prior arrival to request your self-access check in instructions and access codes (as there is no onsite reception), in line with the hotel terms of stay. Afterhours access will not be given to guests that have not confirmed their booking with the hotel directly via phone during reception hours and provided all identification and other details that are required to confirm the guests booking; And no cancellation will be accepted in this event. Very nice facilities

The room was really good

Cons:

The young lady at reception provided very little information, apart from saying the parking was down the street
We parked our cars in the reserve location only to find out that, to avoid being booked, we needed to place a Parking Card on the dashboard.
So we walked back to the accommodation, found the cards and then down the street back to the cars to place the cards on the dashboard.
I suggest that further training for that staff member is required
