Pros:

The location to malls and District Center is great. Also to van going to Camiguin island where we live

Water isn't drinkable. But they provide small bottle of water.

The location. Thats it.

A lot. It needs to provide drinking water even to drink for medication. Not enough garbage cans. The price I paid for the 2 nights is not worth it.

The location is good

Cons:

We had cockroaches in our room so we asked to be moved. Then the next room we moved to also had cockroaches.
There was a billing issue, but we did receive credit for that. We checked out and went to another hotel.

Pros:

The location was OK

Cons:

There were three of us and we were supposed to have three rooms two
Adjoining . First of all, this turned out to be a lie. Then we had cockroaches we had to be moved twice. Or stay was supposed to be three days and we end up leaving in 14 hours.

Pros:

I like how strategic the location is, it is near to malls.

Cons:

It has cockroaches, no water heater and cloth hangers. The air-con in our room is not cold. One thing, when I checked in, it was not a good experience my booking was not in their system ( though I booked a week a go and paid the booking in advance ) so I have to wait 30 mins before I can go to our room.

Pros:

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean and had a serious cockroach problem. Furthermore, I was given a different room from the one I originally booked — it had no window and did not match the description provided online.

What concerned me most was that a male housekeeping staff member knocked on the door at midnight, even though there was only a woman inside the room at the time. This behavior was highly inappropriate and made us feel unsafe.

I request that this issue be taken seriously and appropriate action be taken.

We adjusted & have no choice bcoz no option to cancel the booking even its 5 days before.
Pros:

Location was convenient and met our purpose, close to the venue of the event that I'll be attending. Super friendly security guard who offers extra mile. Kudos to the both security in the morning, especially the evening shift security.

Cons:

Me and my dad noticed that the hotel lights are dark (inside and out). Maybe they use 10 watts only. Every time we ask for something, the staffs keeps responding its a budget hotel. No kettle to use, to barrow or even to be rented. Same with iron which is essential. Elevator has timings which is unacceptable, my dad is a senior citizen, we stayed for 7 days, and was assigned at the 4th Floor. Can you imagine that? Why we only offered one key? And we cant request for another one. I used to go out everyday going to school, attending graduation rehearsals and meeting. I sometimes get back to my room late where my father is already asleep. Whew! This are some of the few adjustments we did.
