Very enjoyable, comfortable mini getaway in Ballarat.
Pros:

Great location, easy walking distance to restaurants. Warm and clean. Friendly staff. Has a restaurant, room service snd and a secure car parking area.

Cons:

Grout in shower was breaking away while in use.

The perfect place to stay in Ballarat
Pros:

Our room at the Provincial was exceptional, The bed was great, and the bathroom amazing. We had a balcony, and the views outside of Ballarat were terrific. Also, so much walking around space inside, with everything needed, such as places for our suitcases, a wardrobe, an excellent TV, and so much thought had gone into the interior design. Everything inside and out were maintained at a high standard.
