Deira Suites Hotel Apartment

We recently stayed a 3 bedroom apartment and had a mixed experience. The location is great, with easy access to all the shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for our family. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay pleasant.

The apartment is clean and spacious, with good cupboards and plenty of room for a large family. However, it desperately requires urgent renovation. The beds were uncomfortable, and the old sofa seats were antiquated and not very clean. The bathroom is unsafe, with a huge basin that crowds the space, making it challenging to move around.

Additionally, the air conditioning vent needs a cleaning service. Despite these issues, the apartment's size and location greatly benefited us.

No hot water. Maintenance says small tanks.
Don’t waste your money. Find a hotel nearby.
Pictures are deceiving.
Carpets dirty. Curtains torn. Bath tub old and cracked. Towels cheapest quality.
Bidet taps not secured and loose. 1 lift functional, long waits.

Parking is limited and not enough space available in the front and back of the building

The apartment is really big with three bed rooms and big hall, very clean, comfortable , the kitchen is big with all required dishes and appliances. Reception was very helpful, location of the hotel is great and near the restaurants and the cold store actually there is pharmacy and cold store in the same building. The price was great also for one week.
Definitely I will stay again in this apartment ever time I have to visit Dubai

The Deira Suites provided an ideal stay for our family. There was easy access to the Creek and the boat transport options on the Creek.. it is in the old part of town so there were many local shopping and dining options close by. It is not far from the airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the apartment, although getting on in years was very tidy and clean. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Suite was very spacy however the bathrooms were rather small.

Tight parking garage, strange street at night. Old run down room , hard beds. Great staff and clean rooms.

Appartamenti enormi e completamente attrezzati per ogni evenienza. Eravamo in 5 ed avevamo l'appartamento con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni completi più un bagno solo lavandino e wc, cucina completa w salotto gigante. Unico difetto, se così si può dire, è che non è vicinissima alla metro (10-15 min a piedi), ma è un "difetto" solo se vi muovete con i mezzi.

This apartment hotel is huge! The living room alone was larger than most hotel rooms. There were 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
Everything was very clean. They even had a clothes washing machine.

We always booked hotel apartment because we are a big family. I read some bad review from filipino who stays in this hotel and i was thinking maybe we will have also same experience but i was wrong. All the staff were all so nice and kind to us, the 3 bedroom hotel Apartment was huge and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friend and family.

You’ll feel not welcome upon checked in. One Indian guy, might be the manager and an arabic receptionist were in the Reception area. No greetings at all. The ambience looks very dull as well as the staff. We have booked a 2bedroom apartment with friends. They have asked us if we are expecting visitors and we informed them that MIGHT be one. We were not informed that maximum of 1 visitor only can visit even tho they will not even stay for the whole night in the room. One of our friend came to visit from work just to eat and have a short chat with us but they never let our visitor come in. We called the reception named ABDUL in the nightshift and informed him that our visitor will only eat and leave after. ABDUL even mentioned that even for 5 MINUTES he will not allow our friend to come in. We felt very bad that carried away by anger. The worse part is the way he speaks to us (guests) was not acceptable at all. We ask for the manager and he said he is not available. We asked any contact number to call but he said he can’t provide it for us. We were helpless guests checked in the hotel but never addressed our concerns. We decided to meet our friend in the lobby instead and packed food for that friend. Since they did not allow our friend to come in the room, we stayed in the lobby and chat. This receptionist ABDUL called us down because of our voice. We were laughing while we were chatting and the only place we can meet that friend was in their lobby. It felt like we are nobody in the hotel even we paid for it. VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Aside from that, the room are not well cleaned. Carpet stinks, Pillow covers smell like used. No complementary water at all. TO FILIPINOS/Kabayans. I don’t recommend the place. The PEOPLE WORKING THERE ARE RACIST . There are other hotels apartment nearby will give the customer service you expect at least. I have been staying in different hotels in UAE and this is the worse place and will NEVER STAY AGAIN. They looked downed on us guests like a joke. The management should look into the operations and staff how they behave. Most of the bad reviews by far is because of the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Easy check in and value for money.

Hotel is a bit out dated the pictures seem to have been taken 10 years ago.The bathroom in our room was leaking constantly,the wifi kept dropping off.Overall not as it seems

Nice and cosy. Highly recommended. Value for money. We spent around 5 days there with 6 persons. The premises were safe, clean and staff responsive to our demands and queries. I will definitely book there again in the future if i come by Dubai. Its 15 mins walk from/to Metro.

Deira suites nice family friendly apartment suites hotel. Courteous staff, nice accessible location.rates are on bit expensive side but looking into peak season might be justified. Welcome drink or altleast water bottles in suites will be good.
