Perfectly good for what I needed.
Pros:

Aircon in the room was an unexpected and very appreciated bonus as I was there in extreme temperatures!
Room was clean on arrival, cleaned each day.
Area was easy to walk in to centre.
Streetmap provided in room was useful
Supermarket across road was useful.

Cons:

Maybe some info on cafes/restaurants in immediate area could be provided.

.. zentral, praktisch, freundlich
Pros:

.. die gute Lage, direkt an einem Rewe, der bis 24.00 Ihr geöffnet hat ! .. bis zur S-Bahn ist es auch nicht weit.. die S1 fährt direkt in zwei Stationen zum Heumarkt und vier Stationen bis zur Lanxess Arena..

Cons:

.. es war sehr heiß.. leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, immerhin gab es einen Ventilator

Pros:

Very clean, nice enough room, as described, let down by 3 significant issues

Cons:

The bed was noisy because it was broken, previous reviews mentioned this but it appears nothing has been done to stop the problem.
The room was hot. Ok, it was upper 30s outside but both the corridor and outside felt cooler. A fan wasn't enough to fix the issue.
The TV didn't connect to anything, so was useless.
