Clean room, very friendly staff at the reception and amazing restaurant, I eat lunch and dinner and it was excellent, unfortunately even I had payed for breakfast I did sleep and didn’t eat breakfast, so I don’t know how breakfast is, would definitely use again if I come here.

以前はカートがあって、スタバの入口前まで送ってくれるサービスがあったけど、無くなってましたね。
コロナで利用客が減ったからかな？
入り口までちょっと距離があるから、それが不便かな。
Excellent
The staffs are excellent here. Room-service was very fast & available till 21:30pm. Bathroom has interesting setting. A little FYI: No conditioner but shampoo & shower gel. The location is a bit tricky to find both on the map & on the road. It tucks in & away from the main road which is good for sleeping. We were told if there’s a big group (tour/event) it will be hard to get a taxi. There were no event or group during our stay but it seemed challenging to get a taxi anyway as the hotel staff help shuttled us out in a 6 passengers golf cart to the main road & flagged down a ride for us. Overall good experience here.
I'd recommend avoiding this hotel. I have a factory nearby and the staff there recommended it; I have advised them to stop sending people here. The room was dirty (stains on sheets, "residue" in toilet), the wifi didn't work (they sent an IT guy to my room who was there for 20 minutes, who eventually got it working, only to have it fail again 5 minutes later), I couldn't get a taxi to Bangkok and missed a meeting. I tried to walk to Starbucks in the morning and security stopped me at the gate and resisted letting me leave. I just walked past her and she took a bunch of photos of me. Hard pass.
The pool at this hotel is exceptional, longer than 25 meters. The girls at the front desk were charming. The breakfast buffet was wholly adequate
Reception struggled to communicate with international travellers. Housekeeping failed to provide soap after several requests. Rooms small and basic. Restaurant slow. Breakfast cold and TERRIBLE. Food expensive. Miles from any proper restaurant alternative. Do Not Stay Here.
This was the second time I stayed there but my stay was not so good. First on arrival i was asked to stay in a room with small twin beds when i had reserved one with a king bed. Secondly when i checked in there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom which is not very pleasing. Thirdly no toiletries which is surprising considering even average hotels offer the basic stuff. The front desk hardly speak english so its very difficult to communicate with them even to ask for an iron for my clothes. I wanted to stay there since its very close to where i have work but given a choice i would not want to stay there again unless the service and cleanliness improves.
