MOST TERRIBLE HOTEL I EVER SEEN IN MY WHOLE LIFE

Hello ,
i booked already in this hotel and everything is paid i went there me and my friend then they told us that there is no reservation i told them no way i waited 30 mins then i typed my name in the staff computer i found my reservation then the girl told us that sorry they don't deal with Booking online they want money cash i said i already paid how can i get refund now and i need to rest i just traveled more than 5 hours , they were too much bad and i'm still asking about my money back they never reply and i will report this hotel to the local police office ,
Please i'm asking everybody not to book in this hotel it's too much far from center and im sure you will get trouble like me and my friend and they will steal your money .....

Wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Too far away from centre, noisy area, bad breakfast, damp bathroom, shower broken. To be honest I wouldn't recommend it.

Cold, depressing.
Pros:

I think the title about says it all. Super basic. The staff is friendly and there's a bed. And it's only about 3 minutes from the medina. That may be all I can say for this hotel.
