Worst during my summer vacation
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working throughout my stay, and I had to endure four very uncomfortable nights. I contacted both the property and Booking.com customer support several times, but I never received a response from either.

This experience was extremely disappointing. Due to the poor condition of the accommodation and the lack of customer support, I will not be using Booking.com for future bookings.

Staff was amazing
Pros:

It was very near to Istikal street which is one of the main things you have to see in Istanbul

I guess it was ok for the price paid!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. I liked all food items they provided including the coffee..
Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Rooms very small. Bathroom somewhat outdated. Had a bug I had to get rid of. Hard to get in and out of shower
