The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Good pressure in shower.
The bathroom sink backed up. Knocking sound heard from what seemed to be the walls throughout the night. The air conditioning unit was unable to remove the humidity in the room. Kids got a nasty (oozing) rash from the pool. The place was very run-down, very gloomy for what we paid.

“Free breakfast “ was very disappointing, food was stale, milk was old. Very poor selection, especially since the cost of the room was so high.
One of the USB plug ins didn’t work and one electrical receptacle was loose and posed a potential hazard (room 101)

For the first time I paid for the room instead of choosing pay at property and I regret it deeply!!
As soon I got there I was told there was no WiFi or service. There was heavy rain for about an hour and a half before I arrived NO STORM NO POWER LONES DOWN and the building was not hit. I wasn’t able to make a call or send a message out. I had to walk to McDonalds which was maybe a mile away and Dollar Tree and had service and was able to make calls and send my messages. They kept lying and arguing saying it was the whole town and it was NOT ONLY THEM AND THE DRAGON BUFFET WHICH IM SURE THEY USE THE SAME CHEAP SERVICE AND THATS WHY THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES Without SERVICE OR A BACKUP!!
The front desk lady was extremely unprofessional walking around in her socks and sleep on the couch. She lied to my sister who was coming to meet me in the room saying she couldn’t call to the room but I could call to the front desk so that was a lie ! I asked her if my sister came she said she used the bathroom and left which was also a lie!
If all it takes is for rain to wipe out your whole service then you guys shouldn’t be open cause everywhere else had service and I know cause I walked down the street twice !!

I thought the staff was very rude. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and should not be greeting guests as they’re coming in.

Rooms are always clean and staff very friendly
There was an issue with the hot water in the shower. It would work for less than 5 min and go ice cold. I had to shut it off and turn it back on 3 times to get thru a warm shower. Minor issue with tv remote not working either. But big issue with cold shower
The location even under construction on the road the location was nice easy access to all shopping areas and downtown.
Hair in tub and dirty fridge reported it no one came and cleaned it so we did and cleaned the mini fridge. Pool was dirty staff was upset they had to open it. Could hear running water with the rooms next to us and above us. People running and stomping until midnight. Breakfast was the same all 3 days. Reporting issues with staff and it not being corrected was awful. They shut out key off everyday at 12 so we had to get it fixed everyday. All they said was we don’t know why they set it for a 1 nite stay only. Carpets in hallways never vacuumed the 3 day stay we where there. Will never stay there again
We did not like the property.
It was just set up really weird and it's in the middle of town.
