Pros:

The "doorman" was the most amazing man, so kind and helpful always with a smile. Also a lady in the resturant that could some norweigan was very frendly and kind.

Absolutely amazing hotel. A small oasis in a busy city.
The facilities are great especially the spa and rooms, staff is super friendly, breakfast quality outstanding.

Visite et détente à Florence
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel pour son calme, sa situation, sa belle vue depuis le balcon de notre chambre, son spa et son petit déjeuner. La station de tramway pour l'aéroport est à 10min à pieds et il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant l'hôtel ce qui est pratique pour aller dans certains quartiers éloignés.

Cons:

Nous aurions apprécié une attention particulière comme une bouteille de Proseco offerte dans la chambre ou un gâteau d'anniversaire car j'avais prévenu l'hôtel que nous venions pour fêter l'anniversaire de mon épouse.

Nice and neet 4 Star hotel
Pros:

Overall a 4.5 Star Rating . Nicely renovated Hotel . Polite, Professional and friendly staff. Rooms Are clean , spacious enough and on the garden side nice and quiet. Bed was very comfortable . Breakfast was good though the eating area is a tight squeeze when everyone is there at the same time . The workout facility is also very small and limited in choice of weights. Due to the weather could not really enjoy the nice enclosed garden .
