We had an excellent time. The staff was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable

I liked the territory and spa zone with the pool. Location is great as well. Restaurant could have been better

Bel emplacement mais le service n'est vraiment pas au rendez-vous.
Pros:

L'emplacement et un très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

La perte d'un sac dès notre arrivée qui n'était pas dans notre chambre mais attribué à un autre voyageur.
La mauvaise voiture restituée au départ (???!), ce qui nous a occasionné de l'attente et donc un retard (et des embouteillages !).
Sans oublier les 2 verres de vin offerts pour notre anniversaire de mariage, belle attention mais servis sans aucun accompagnement (même pas des cacahuètes ou un sourire !).
Je ne recommande pas : le service n'est pas au rendez-vous du prix payé. C'est regrettable.

Un lieu très agréable où vous devez éviter les chb 108 et 120 à tout prix !
Pros:

Le jardin est magnifique au cœur de la ville, le spa très agréable, le petit exceptionnellement bon et varié, le personne au petits soins

Cons:

La chambre sur la rue 108, devant les poubelles et au dessus de la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel : non insonorisée et donc à chaque ouverte de la porte d’entré de l’hôtel vous entendez le glissement de parois en verre à toute heure du jour et de la nuit…
Le 2eme chb donnait sur une gaine d’aération, certe calme mais « noire » sans lumière ni vue… extrêmement décevant eu égard aux prestations que cet hôtel promet, et délivre mais seulement pour partie.

Pros:

Travelling with my son and after a long journey, we were warmly welcomed.
Staff are very helpful, accomodation 10/10 excellent breakfast and facilities

Super, mais petit bémol pour la réservation de la piscine

Devoir réserver un créneau horaires pour bénéficier de la piscine avec notre fille . Je n’ai pas vu cette indication en réservant et cela aurait certainement changé mon lieu de réservation
