Top class place to stay in Florence. We will recommend to friends and colleagues
Pros:

Location was superb...close to all of the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. But also very easy to reach from the airport and close to the train station and bus terminal.
Room was very comfortable.

Un hotel boutique con un precioso jardín
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, habitación preciosa y muy limpia, camas muy cómodas y un pequeño spa con piscina pequeña pero suficiente para refrescarse.
Personal muy amable y un desayuno correcto.

Great hotel!
Pros:

The hotel was great! Our room was kind of small, but definitely manageable. However, our room was very warm. They did send up a couple fans quickly but it took until our last day for someone to come and actually fix the AC.

The staff is very friendly.. especially the ladies at the front desk and serving coffee in the morning!

The hotel is close to walk to just about everything. We would stay here again, but probably upgrade to a bigger room.

An oasis in the city
Pros:

I’m so happy I chose this place for our 5 night stay in Florence. It’s fairly close to the center yet away from the crowds and noise. It was as if we had our own little oasis within the hustle and bustle of the city. The garden area at the back of the hotel is beautiful and peaceful. We had dinner there one night and the food was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. It is also a nice area to come back to and relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff there was wonderful. It is also only a 10 minute walk from the San Firenze train station.

We stayed in a superior room with spa access. I didn’t love the location of our room. We were on the same floor as the lobby and restaurant. Noise in general was not an issue although I could hear people walking around at night from the floor above. I just would have preferred staying on one of the upper floors. We did have a patio off the room, but it wasn’t very inviting - kind of tucked in a corner. Not all the rooms have their own patio or balcony. If you choose a room with that option, I would ask for a balcony over the patio. The room was a decent size as was the bathroom. My only complaint would be that I think they gave us an ADA room even though we didn’t request one. So the bathroom in that regard was lacking a bit. But, the room and bathroom were clean and modern.

I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in Florence. After combing through all the hotel options in Florence, I really think this is the best “moderately” priced hotel in the city. I also appreciated the mini bar items were at no extra cost. I really don’t appreciate when hotels nickel and dime you.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel
Pros:

We loved our stay in the Executive Suite at Palazzo Castri. The hotel was lovely with lemon trees in the garden area. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It was hot in Florence but AC in our room worked beautifully. We especially enjoyed the solarium to unwind. Staff took great pride in providing exceptional service.
