One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at
Pros:

Great room, very quiet. Nice staff and great service over all.

Cons:

People are allowed to smoke at the breakfast tables outside. Smoking should be banned in this area. It's not fair that I am forced to breathe in smoke when I want to eat my breakfast outside.

posto magico immerso a Firenze, con un bellissimo giardino, una spa molto valida e una piccola piscina esterna molto piacevole. hotel vicino alla stazione e al centro città. colazione ottima e varia, con prodotti di grande qualità. cena in hotel veramente buona, sia di pesce che carne. La camera pulitissima ed apprezzo la crema corpo disponibile da dispenser.

Cons:

l' unica pecca che ho trovato(considerando anche che quest' estate è stata torrida) è che intorno alla piscina ci fossero pochi spazi da mettersi con il lettino all' ombra idem la colazione, sarebbe stato molto bello mettersi all' esterno ma l' unico tavolo libero disponibile era al sole e al caldo.

The Royal Treatment
Pros:

High quality, consistent AC--in mid August, with daily highs over 100 Fahrenheit, we chose this place for its A C and its green space, and its pool. This was our oasis and refuge on hot days of touring. Our room on the courtyard was quiet all ten days and nights.

Cons:

It's very pricey, but absolutely a wonderful value all the same.

Perfecte plek in Florence
Pros:

Erg prettige plek in het centrum van Florence. Zwembadje is echt erg fijn bij de zomerse temperaturen. Leuk om 's avonds in de tuin te kunnen eten. Kamers zijn erg schoon.

Cons:

La chambre , la fenêtre donnait sur un puits de jour , sombre toute la journée, aucune lumière et aucune vue , on ne pouvait pas savoir s’il faisait beau ou pas , fenêtre ouverte on sentait la cuisine .
Le spa sans intérêt , très peu de transats dans le jardin , le personnel très lent , on attendait longtemps avant d’être servi . Le site annonçait un parking , quelques jours avant l’arrivée on apprend que le parking est payant 34 euros par jour !

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos y hotel ha sido un acierto completo.
Pros:

Todo en general nos ha parecido estupendo. Especialmente el trato recibido, la limpieza, la comodidad de las camas, el desayuno y la zona del spa.

Cons:

Lo único deficiente del alojamiento es su Localizacion porque la calle donde está, muy cerca de la estación de tren, es con diferencia la peor calle del centro de Florencia y de noche, si no pasean turistas, es bastante comprometida.
