Habitación con vistas al tejado
Las vistas y el entorno son espectaculares. Ideal para relajarse. La calidad del restaurante es muy buena, así como la atención al cliente.
Las máquinas de café del desayuno se estropean con frecuencia.
Tienen una ubicación perfecta y preciosa una pena que no lo sepan llevar bien
Reservamos mi pareja y yo para estar un fin de semana con nuestro bebé de 3 meses, y finalmente solo nos quedamos una noche, la ubicación es muy bonita pero podían advertir de la realización de eventos en sus instalaciones, situar las habitaciones en plantas diferentes o realizar mejoras y aislar las habitaciones. Se escucha absolutamente todo, y para colmo nos pusieron en una habitación colindante con las habitaciones de una boda . Tuvimos que llamar a recepción ya que desde la una de la mañana se escuchaban golpes, gente borracha gritos, música… hasta las 3 o 4 am. Al día siguiente de nuevo otra boda y al ver las voces a medio día de los asistentes a la boda en las habitaciones y la música que se escuchaba desde la segunda planta decidimos marchar ya que otra noche sin descansar nosotros y nuestro hijo no estábamos dispuestos a pasar. En fin decepcionante. Y lo mejor es que al devolver las llaves a recepción ni siquiera se preocuparon en preguntarnos cuál es nuestro motivo de irnos antes. Una pena de hotel con la gran ubicación que tiene.

The view was great and the location was fun in a small town
The gym facilities were horrible. The place was very loud and noisy as there was a wedding in the evening. The front desk was helpful but a bit bothered by our requests. The small boat to run from the facility to the beach during high tide was never running

NOS HA GUSTADO LA UBICACIÓN, LAS VISTAS, LA CAFETERÍA, TODO EL PERSONAL (LIMPIEZA, CAFETERÍA, RECEPCIÓN...), LA SIMPATÍA EN GENERAL DE TOD@S... UN EJEMPLO ES EL PERSONAL DE LA CAFETERÍA QUE SE NOTA QUE TRABAJAN CON ILUSIÓN Y LES GUSTA SU PUESTO DE TRABAJO... PERO ESTO SE PUEDE GENERALIZAR A TODOS LOS EMPLEADOS DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO... VOY A RECOMENDAR ESTE HOTEL A MIS AMIG@S Y FAMILIARES DE DONOSTIA...
