Pros:

Excellent property in a great location. Well maintained and clean with very responsive management. We would definitely stay again if in town.

Pros:

No one had any idea about the booking so spent 2 hrs in lobby trying to convince staff we had a paid for room, even after producing invoices and itinerary. Then once in room , it was filthy , the spa didn’t work which was main reason for booking this room. The list goes on, I think the title “ penthouse” has been used a little loosely. Very disappointing from the get go.

It was dirty in the bathroom and toilet, stained couch , dirty floors and kitchen bench tops, food scraps left in the sandwich toaster.
Bed was not made, Broken tiles, peeling paint.......Yuk - Yuk - Yuk
AND its not a Penthouse !

Pros:

hosts contact us for check in planning, really appreciate his time to accommodate us. the place needs interesting sites and free tram services are available to us. easy travel means less stress means more time for quality side seeing.

Friendly owner ! Great spot right in the centre of the city , close to nightlife and restaurants. Beautiful rooms and one very big comfortable lounge .
Would happily return .
