Other family members who booked were given a room dirty with mold they took picks. Staff unhelpful with transportation needs. Supposed to be 4 star ⭐️

Pros:

Room was big and spacious. Reception staff were not well trained. Mostly they were not attentive, did not close conversations on their own. Room floor and furniture were old and spotty. AC was great. Bathroom supply was great.

The appearance of the hotel promised it would be great, but unfortunately the staff and dirty linens ruined that experience. Otherwise I believe I would have enjoyed much more. The staff asked on multiple occassions to show a voucher of my booking instead of simply checking himself, and then called countless times to the room late at night looking for the breakfast voucher which was included with the room booking, and then in the morning on my way out I was asked again for this food voucher. The linens were not clean at all, with many stains and the blanket looked like a rat had eaten it, otherwise perhaps a machine had ripped it up right by where my face was. Otherwise the hotel looked nice, the room and bathroom was spacious.

Nice hotel close to isbt and rispana bridge

It was nice stay at hotel.had problem with parking..food was near OK.staff needs to be more interactive,other than that rooms were good would love to come again.
