It’s a premium Hotel that delivers. Quality place to stay and get some rest before or after flying.
Pros:

Very clean, very efficient and an overall feeling of quality. The restaurant and bar was a nice place to be, and the food was very b good indeed. Every Staff member I encountered was super polite and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

Disinterested Staff
Pros:

From check in to checking out the 1 night stay was painful!

When I arrived to reception, instead of being welcomed with a warm smile and a “welcome to the crowne plaza” I could barely command the receptionists attention to get more than a sharp “hi” stunned I stood there for a minute expecting her to give the welcome you expect, instead just another short sharp hi. Followed by “well I need your name to check you in”

The hotel itself is clean, the rooms very nice and the room service prompt.

Went down for breakfast and met with the most unenthusiastic greeting, no explanation of if it was a buffet self service.

Spoke to the front of desk manager who couldn’t really give two hoots, but thanked me for bringing it to his attention nonetheless.

It would seem that standards at this Crowne Plaza are nothing like other Crowne Plazas I have stayed at previously.

Obnoxious breakfast staff and management who don’t care
Pros:

Noisy, poorly prepared food with lazy staff.
Greeted by breakfast staff as if I was a migrant and not a paying customer- utterly useless and to add insult to injury, I am an IHG member which carries no gravitas here!
