Ubicación Excelente en Centro Histórico

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena.
Cerca de todo en pleno centro histórico

Cons:

El recepcionista que nos recibió mal, se notaba que estaba aburrido de su trabajo. Cero amable.
Nos dió una habitación para minusválido sin haberlo pedido lo que nos complicó ya que tenía una ducha muy incómoda.

Céntrica ubicación en una zona peatonal del casco antiguo de Valencia
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es fantástica para visitar caminando la ciudad. Hotel no muy grande con servicios esenciales para pasar 3-4 días, siempre que no lleves coche pues, al estar situado en una zona peatonal, es muy complicado acceder conduciendo al mismo.

Cons:

La TV no funcionaba adecuadamente, solo se veían 2-3 canales y, aunque pedimos en recepción que lo arreglaran, no pudieron hacerlo durante nuestra estancia.
Al estar en una zona peatonal céntrica, la calle está muy concurrida y es algo ruidosa si mantienes las ventanas abiertas.

It was in a great location

Cons:

We had no view out of the windows, only other roofs and walls blocking everything, and the blinds on the windows let a lot of light in all around them at night, and the small little fridge was very welcome but it made a constant buzzing noise.
