Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale
Pros:

Albergo in ottima posizione centrale, tra i giardini del Turja e alla piazza della regina. Staff cortese e disponibile.
Camera super spaziosa anche perchè ci hanno assegnato una quadrupla al posto di una doppia.

Cons:

Unica nota negativa, che non mi fa assegnare il 10/10, la guarnizione del frigo era "abitata" da bestionline.
Problema risolto non usando il frigoriferino in camera.

Pros:

The overall price and location of the hotel was great. There were many restaurants and stores in the vicinity and everything was walking distance, which was fantastic. What I did like upon booking was that the staff was quick to respond to messages and inquiries that I had sent in regards to on adding another person and additional accommodations for our booking. There is also someone always posted in the entrance of the hotel to greet and check you in when you arrive. That staff member is also there throughout the night so if you need to check out early in the morning, which is what we did to catch our train, they are extremely helpful and are able to help you out quickly.

Cons:

We booked two rooms 2 months in advance prior to our visit with a request for the rooms to be near or next to one another. Although they were both on the same floor, they were unfortunately quite far from one another. There was also a fridge in our room and unfortunately it had a strong vinegar scent, probably from the staff disinfecting and cleaning it, so it was unpleasant to open up and use. There was air conditioning which was great when it worked, however there were times when it did not work. If the air conditioner has been turned off for quite some time, it takes a long time for the room to cool down which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, our visit was quite pleasant.
