Overpriced, and they try to take advantage of their guests, no way of coming back!
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

They have sneaky fees through very bad communication:
- The main example was the breakfast, for which they charged us 10 euros for what they called a "continental breakfast" and it was just a croissant with coffee (which in that place is less than 5 euros, so a total robbery!!).
- Also the coffee shop is 10 minutes away from the hotel (of course not mentioned when you buy the breakfast)
- If you forget your room key (a generic white card), you'd be forced to pay 30 euros for that!
- On top of this, two people couldn't shower back-to-back since there was not enough hot water for the two.

--> One would expect better from a room costing more than 120 euros per night.

Buena localización fuera del bullicio
Pros:

Reservamos habitación grande con baño y nos gustó mucho. Cama enorme y cómoda, mobiliario elegante. El baño bien, correcto. La ubicación es perfecta.

Cons:

Hacía mucho calor, estaba encendida la calefacción y no pudimos cerrarla. El que no haya recepción es un poco raro, supongo q habrá que adaptarse a nuevos tiempos.

Posizione centrale, comodissimo per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di attrazione. Vicino alla fermata della metro Colón. Staff disponibile e veloce nel rispondere alle richieste.

Cons:

Tuve muchos problemas para hacer el cheking. Te atiende una máquina. Después de intentarlo muchas veces tuve que llamar al teléfono de emergencias y ya me ayudó la chica que estaba haciendo las habitaciones. Yo iba sola. hice el cheking on line, pero como la habitación era doble, la máquina supuso que faltaba alguien, pero el mensaje era Error, Error y de ahí no salía

La ubicación y la limpieza. El trato del personal fue muy bueno, especialmente la señora de limpieza, que fue muy amable. La habitación y la cama eran cómodas y de buen tamaño.

El ruido. Se escuchaba ruido del piso superior, de personas entrando al piso y del ascensor.

la ubicación y la atencion al cliente a pesar de ser un lugar desolado.

Cons:

lamentablemente el ruido, en el piso de arriba hay alguna actividad que hace que estén todo el dia moviendo muebles de sitio, todo el dia y durante la madrugada, un infierno. El baño fuera de la habitación da la sensacion de estar en un albergue o piso compartido. Hubo un sobre de nescafé el primer dia, el segundo dia ya no me pusieron sobre y me quedé sin café. El portero del edificio, un borde, no le gustan los turistas del hotel, y eso que soy española y además valenciana. Es importante saber todo esto antes de reservar, la atención fue buena a pesar de ser un lugar desolado al no haber nadie en las instalaciones. una pena
