Location
Very run down.
Staff were very friendly, girl serving behind the bar was excellent
Hotel was a little tired looking could do with some investment. Car park is small had to park up down the road
The location was fantastic, the staff, especially the young lady on Reception, In the Bar and the same Young Lady who Served our Breakfast.
The selection of breakfast options, the selection of Beers n Spirits at the Bar.
The only criticism I (we) have was that the building is very old (Listed Building) there for the Widows are not the best at stopping the cold sea breeze so our room was very, very cold.
The NEW OWNER is upgrading the Hotel and I am sure the windows are on his / her to do list, however he may have problems due to the listed building protocol, but surely common sense will prevail and then away with the gale.
The electrics in the room (11) need looking at, location of the sockets as no where to plug the kettle in.
It is a beautiful building (Hotel) with lots of potential and once the NEW Owner gets it completed it will be top notch and fantastic
The above is only constructive criticism as we understand the New Owner is doing the best they can.
Regards and we will be back..
