Clean, nice location
The people next room was talking so loud until 12:30, I guess they are fighting. My kids even woke up because of the noise

The beds and pillow were comfortable, clean. The staff this morning was cheerful.
Hallway carpeting was filthy. Eggs were way overcooked and not appetizing. Heard that from folks around me as well.

Smell in the elevator of the materials the elevator is made from. It needed a freshner smell.

I booked a king suite got a queen one instead without being told of the switch. Broken things in bathroom when we walk In room (toilet paper holder), not enough towels for everyone, an envelope saying to have a good stay(I understand leaving a “tip” but that made us feel like they were pushing it one us) check out is noon and they started knocking on our door before 10am to ask if we were leaving soon(came back twice) we finally had enough and left at 1030am
The breakfast.
During my check in I was not properly greeted nor with a welcoming approach. My shower water was cold the entire time during my stay. My made the staff aware and nothing was done about it. The shower walls wasn’t clean.
It was easy to find. Easy access to stores
The beds were comfortable. The location was decent. The breakfast was good
The hotel room doors slamming instead of slowly shutting quietly. I was woken up multiple times every night from the slamming doors. the keurig didn’t work, the bathroom sink water went down pretty slowly. The lighting could be better (more lights or brighter lights). The lamps were a yellow light and behind the beds were LED. The room was pretty dark. I didn’t like that it was not advertised on the website that the pool was out of service. I also didn’t like that breakfast ends at 9:30, that’s pretty early.
