Pros:

The breakfast.

Cons:

During my check in I was not properly greeted nor with a welcoming approach. My shower water was cold the entire time during my stay. My made the staff aware and nothing was done about it. The shower walls wasn’t clean.

The beds were comfortable. The location was decent. The breakfast was good

Cons:

The hotel room doors slamming instead of slowly shutting quietly. I was woken up multiple times every night from the slamming doors. the keurig didn’t work, the bathroom sink water went down pretty slowly. The lighting could be better (more lights or brighter lights). The lamps were a yellow light and behind the beds were LED. The room was pretty dark. I didn’t like that it was not advertised on the website that the pool was out of service. I also didn’t like that breakfast ends at 9:30, that’s pretty early.

Pros:

The pool was closed - without prior notice. I actually chose this hotel for the pool. I spoke to the front desk 3 days before check-in, mentioned the pool, and was not notified it was closed. There were actually quite a few cheaper hotels (without a pool) that I passed up to book with you. Frustrating
