It could be better
Pros:

They promise tv and cable but the tv was not working since 2012 as there is a sign saying so. Also, the towels were so wore out that one can see thru; also, no daily cleaning there, in fact not even once in 11 days. The wifi signal it was really weak. The owner or manager not a great customer service. Too many things to mention.

Need to fight to have toilet paper
Pros:

When we ask for toilet paper they say that it's impossible to provide us some because the cleaning person was not there that day. Need to ask the manager for a refund before they find a way to find toilet paper in this big city.
Also have to flight with cockroach since there are many in the room.
