Mooi boetiekhotel, basic ontbijt, geen correcte prijs-kwaliteitverhouding
Pros:

Mooi ingerichte kamer en badkamer met bad (geen douche).
Goede parkeerplaats (wel 40 euro/24 u).
Vriendelijke host bij aankomst.

Cons:

Duidelijk aangegeven dat we om 7 u stipt moesten ontbijten owv professionele redenen. Uiteindelijk een kwartier moeten wachten op serveerster die ik zelf ben moeten gaan zoeken zodat we maar 10 min meer over hadden om te eten. Onze serveerster was helemaal niet vriendelijk. Klassiek ontbijt (op voorhand te kiezen en bestellen) is niet uitgebreid en basic. Slechts 1 koffie per persoon. Helemaal akkoord dat er vaak veel verspilling is als je opteert voor buffetformule maar nu was het wel heel beperkt. Niet wat je verwacht in dit hotel.

Perfect & Chic - I love it
Pros:

Truly my favorite hotel in Brussels. It's chic and charming. I love the rooms decoration sophisticated and comfortable in an old Brussels house. Location is perfect and quiet.

Cons:

No 24 hours checkin - but the staff was friendly

Pros:

Incredibly helpful and kind staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and excellent minibar.

Cons:

Since it's in an old private residence, it should be noted that the hotel is not wheelchair accessible. Not a complaint, but it's good to keep in mind!

Pros:

L'hôtel est design et bien situé

Cons:

Toutes les chambres sont bruyantes le soir et la nuit (elles ne sont pas insonorisées et se trouvent au dessus du bar de l’hotel)
Le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur du standing que l’on paye cher
Nous avons payé le service dun voiturier + parking cher’ on aurait du nous prévenir que le voiturier n'était pas engagé les autres jours et que nous devrions regagner leur parking avec toutes nos valises nous mêmes.
