Brand new hotel with all the amenities at a reasonable price
Pros:

This is listed as a B & B but it is more like a 1 bedroom suite. You do not have to get breakfast. Our room was a full kitchenette with full fridge/stove/microwave & toaster. The supermarket is 1.2 km away and the beach is 1.7 km. We had a car rental and used this as our base on the island. WiFi and satellite TV is also included. The gate entrance to Ross university is your turn off the highway, go 0.4 km to Junction Snack bar, then turn right. ISOS is the pink 2 storey bldg 0.2 km to your right.

This section of Portsmouth is where the students live and there are many eateries and coffee bars around the highway intersection. 98% of students come from US & Canada. This hotel is far enough away to be quiet. Everything in our room was new, we got that fresh new smell when we opened the cupboards.
