Die Zimmer (Fotos auf der Expedia Seite) scheint es nicht zu geben. Die tatsächlichen deluxezimmer sind ernüchternd. Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer mit etwas größerem Bett . (Vorher 1,5m)
Zwar einer riesigen tollen dachterrasse, aber genau dort ist auch die küchenabluft . Also nicht nutzbar , weil es nur nach fett und essen roch .

This hotel is advertised as four stars, but unfortunately my experience was far from that standard. Future guests should be aware of several issues before booking.

Cleanliness was a recurring concern — I found hair on the towels, mold in the bathroom, and dirty communal areas. The shower drain in my room was clogged and remained so even after I reported it. The bed had no proper frame, squeaked and shifted constantly, and the fridge provided neither cooling nor complimentary water. There was also no kettle available, which made even a simple cup of tea impossible.

Service was equally disappointing. The reception staff were curt and unhelpful, pointing vaguely in the direction of rooms instead of guiding guests — which can mean wandering through multiple floors or blocks with luggage. Requests for assistance were met with indifference.

Breakfast options were extremely limited, not what you would expect from a four-star property. Despite being marketed as non-smoking, the balcony doors are not airtight, so smoke from neighboring rooms easily drifts in.

Overall, while the hotel may look appealing on the surface, the reality is poor maintenance, subpar service, and a lack of basic amenities. I would advise future guests to manage expectations or consider alternative accommodation if they are seeking a true four-star experience.

They ruined my holiday…the most shameful hotel it is and what surprised me is everyone i mate in the hotel was saying that.especially the supervisor doesn’t no to do his job. I advised him to take some more training on the job.normal reception do better job than him!

Unser Zimmer war schön und sauber, allerdings hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Das war in unserem Fall halb so wild, weil wir uns kaum im Zimmer aufgehalten haben, aber Nachts hätte ich mir gelegentlich schon eine funktionierende Klimaanlage gewünscht. Das komplette Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend, insbesondere meiner Tochter gegenüber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und lecker. Würden wieder dort einchecken

Für einen Kurztrip ist das Hotel passend, schnell erreichbar vom Flughafen, tolle Parkmöglichkeiten auch in der Nacht. Frühstück war hervorragend. Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber, aber das einzige Manko was es gibt man muss für den Safe zahlen und dann wurde bei Ankunft nicht kommuniziert von der Rezeption aus.

für uns war ein sehr chöner urlaub ... wir waren mit allem im hotel sehr zufrieden und würden es weiter empfehlen

Eigentlich eine gute Hotelanlage, auch mit der Fusion der beiden nebeneinander liegenden Hotels. Leider hatten wir nur ein 18 m2 Zimmer, weswegen wir keine Ablagemöglichkeiten hatten, weder im Bad noch im Zimmer selbst - gebucht war ein 30 m2 großes Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, weshalb wir keine Nacht durchschlafen konnten. Und dieses war ein ganz großes Manko.

Das Hotel entspricht max. einem 3 Sterne Hotel und nicht wie angegeben 4 Sterne. Unser Zimmer sollte dringend renoviert werden. Trotz der Freundlichkeit des Personals sowie des ausreichenden Frühstücksbuffets würde ich dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Vi havde en dejlige uge fra 2/8 -10/8, venligt personale, dejlig mad både til morgenmad og til aften. rene værelser, dejligt poolområde. klart at anbefale. 5 min gang til stranden.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön Pool auch sehr schön. Allerdings sind die Zimmer wünschenswert. Die Matratzen extrem hart und man spürt die Federn, Klimaanlage tropfte Das Problem wurde gemeldet und nach fünf Tagen immer noch nicht behoben. wir haben den Tresor bezahlt, und er war nicht freigeschaltet. Erst nach drei Tagen. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Erst nach zwei Tagen. Als wir darauf hingewiesen haben, wurde das Zimmer gereinigt.

A deeply disappointing experience—rudeness and disregard from staff

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay was so upsetting I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment I arrived, the staff were dismissive and downright rude. I wasn’t greeted with warmth or professionalism—instead, I was made to feel like a burden.

The atmosphere lacked any sense of hospitality, and my concerns were brushed aside without care. What should have been a relaxing escape turned into a stressful, disheartening experience. I left feeling humiliated and emotionally drained.

I expected better from a property with this reputation. If you value kindness, respect, and basic courtesy, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We loved our stay at Ona Palmira Paguera! The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. Flavia suggested some great restaurants for us to go to. The hotel is beautiful with 2 pools and lots of amenities. The breakfast in the morning was very well stocked and staffed. The food was delicious. Our room was a bit dated, I think we may have been in an older building, but it was still nice. The A/C wasn't working great, but we managed. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. It was a wonderful place to stay for our quick holiday and we will be back again someday!

L’hôtel est ancien et peu pratique pour en ressortir. Le repas n’est de loin diversifié. La qualité de certains produits laissent à désirer. Rien à dire concernant le personnel. Tous très serviables

To start, we were greeted by Flavia, she was fantastic and I old us about the best places to eat nearby and so on.

We stayed for 3 nights. A common theme for this hotel is everything is behind a paywall. For instance, if you want to use the sauna or Jacuzzi i think it’s €7 per hour.
The pool closes at 6 pm which I found to be way too early (sunset is at 8:30).

One of the worst experiences was talking to a member of the customer service, I believe his name was Fabio. Fabio was very rude and almost yelled at us when we asked them to use the sauna after 6.
I have never felt more uncomfortable or upset while staying at a hotel that is supposed to be 4 stars.

Also the towels are also to be rented fyi. In terms of condition, the hotel is very very old. You could tell from the room.

La posizione è l accoglienza è fantastica...il trambusto a colazione un po meno

Jeg boede i en af familie værelserne, på den ‘hvide’ del, der var meget lydt, man kunne høre alt ude på gangen. Billederne på hotellet er meget flottere end i virkeligheden. Det ligner det er 2 hoteller som er ‘fusioneret’? Der blev gjort rent hverdag og der var lækker stor morgenmads buffet.

Sauberes Zimmer und Anlage, herzliches Personal, gutes Frühstück und wenn gewünscht auch abends Buffet für einen Aufpreis.
