We did not have breakfast, as there wasn't any there. The view was amazing, very clean, kitchen was nice.

One issue was they had some kind of water problem they were working on that they turned the water off all day
9am till 4ish. I had requested a recliner and was told yes there would be one . There was not, I have health issues that requires my feet to be up. Otherwise the place was great.

The accommodations were clean and felt safe. It was quiet and peaceful . It was very comfortable. Easy process. The view was spectacular. I will be recommending it to others as well as coming back !
Prefer my deliveries be brought to my doorstep but appreciate the extra bit of safety.
The front office staff was amazing. But the building staff extremely annoying. We went into town and my 15 year old stayed in condo. We got back and she was sleeping in the room and someone had come in and left a black umbrella on the table. Owners next door constantly complainting that they smell smoke and harassing us about smoking in the building. WE DIDN'T SMOKE in the building. And no air conditioning. It would have been nice to know before putting 1500 down payment. 3000 and no ac was crazy to me. Tell people!! That's why they require down payment first non refundable. So be aware of that bait and switch.
First day we're in the pool and get a call we're smoking in building and we're not even in the building. The pool is off the property. All with cameras and we clearly were not even there. So they could go in room and see it wasn't us. But then a second time while I'm sleeping in the room they come knocking. They asked my kids if they were smoking. I'm the only smoker and I was taking a nap and walked outside off property every single time I smoked. So it's starting to feel like I can't have a good time because I feel they're up to something. I did lose a key tho. They wanted to charge 250.00. I feel all their harassing over something I wasn't doing is a charge to them. So 250.00 I guess can make us even. Even tho I don't find it even.

Location. Full ocean view. Pretty clean except grungy grout and sealant in bathroom.
No AC. I didn’t even think to ask I just assumed a unit in Southern California would have AC.
I never received any email or notice on how to do an after-hours check-in and it was NOT intuitive. But the condo was gorgeous and the views were stunning. The area is quiet at night - just the sound of the ocean waves! Parking is a bit tight with a full size SUV, but there's lots of great dining within walking distance, so you won't have to move your car very often.

Could add some more beach amenities like beach chair, mats or something for guests. Pretty standard otherwise.

Booking is the worst. They forgot to send me the emails to check in so we had to find a hotel for a family of 5 at 1:00am and I slept I. The car and booking refused to pay for the crap hotel. They wouldn’t even help me find a hotel to stay in, I will never book with booking again.
Absolutely love this property. 12 story condo complex right on the water, every room has a view.
The local scene is really full full of surfers and people just enjoying life. Everyone walks everywhere, lots of restaurants lots of cool stuff to do, real low-key.
The building is old and a little dated, but the rooms are clean and very comfortable with the magnificent view of the ocean
Highly recommend this getaway
The property location was great, right on beach. The place is aged, rusted light fixtures, bathroom fan did not work, so needs a refresh. Please remember to bring your own beach towels and chairs. But overall my family and I had a good time.
