Clean, well mangaged , good location,
Pros:

Staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was a breeze

Cons:

Took a bit to get the wifi going. The staff was helpful and prompt in getting the issues resolve.

Very modern building while still being comfortable and cozy.
Pros:

The room far exceeded expectations. We had the two queen bed option that was over two levels; beds and full bath upstairs and living room simple kitchen 1/2 bath downstairs.

Cons:

It was hot outside when we were there so an indoor option with a/c for breakfast would have been nice, but normally the breezy feel would be perfect.

Excelente hotel, es muy comodo y tiene un diseño espectacular
Pros:

El hotel es moderno y esta muy bien diseñado, decorado y ubicado. Cada vez que viajo a Santa Cruz me hospedo ahi.

5 estrellas para el olvido IMPRESENTABLE
Pros:

NADA PASAMOS UNA NOCHE PESIMA, NUNCA RESPONDIERON LA QUEJA, NO TIENEN LIBRO DE RECLAMOS. PARA EL OLVIDO

Cons:

Hotel se vende de 5 estrellas boutique, no pudimos dormir por ruidos excesivos desdes la 1.00 am, el pobre encargado no pudo hacer mucho, tuvimos que salir al aeropuerto sin dormir, sin desayuno, obvio por la hora, no tienen ni libro de quejas tuvimos que dejar la queja en el libro de lavandería, nunca nos respondieron. Tenemos las grabaciones de los ruidos. El muchacho no sabía que decir, más que nunca le había pasado esto. No es su culpa, pero el hotel nunca respondió la queja, ni una disculpa ni compensación de ninguna clase. Se dicen de 5 estrellas pero actuan pero que un hostal carretero. IMPRESENTABLES.
