La atención de la recepcionista fue maravillosa, muy gentil en todo momento y nos colaboró con algunas cosas que le pedimos. Lamentablemente no le pregunté el nombre para poder incluirlo en el comentario, pero fue muy amable. El hotel cómodo, bien ubicado, camas cómodas, limpio el cuarto, todo estuvo muy bien

Siempre ha sido la ubicación lo que más nos gusta, el restaurante fue un descubrimiento y de lo mejor de nuestro viaje, bufet ilimitado y hasta Menudo comimos.

Cons:

Tuvimos un tema con el tamaño de la cama, era un poco pequeña y con la bañera, era peligroso el acceso para adultos con mobilidad limitada

Cons:

tuve problema con el control remoto no funcionaba el volumen y otras funciones .Despues del tercer reclamo me dicen que tengo que esperar al tecnico porque este no entra a la habitacion solo ,lo espere 15 minutos en la puerta de la habitacion y nunca llego.(todo fue notificado) Desisti de una solucion fuera de eso todo bien.
