Pros:

Esta muy bien ubicado, se puede ver el volcán desde la entrada. La habitación era muy amplia y el servicio de limpieza muy bien. Los desayunos muy ricos.

Cons:

No me gustó que no tienen persianas y las cortinas eran claritas, por lo que se colaba toda la luz y me impedía dormir bien.

Lloc molt TOP per anar a l'Arenal
Pros:

Apartaments molt correctes, ben cuidats i nets.
Personal molt amable, tant de recepció com al menjador (la noia era molt TOP), l'esmorzar te'l fan personalitzat (un luxe)
Des de l'habitació teníem unes vistes al Volcà. Llevar-se i tenir aquesta vista t'alegra el dia.

Situación, cercano al centro. Habitación espaciosa y limpia. Ambiente agradable. Buenísima atención del personal de recepción

Cons:

Desayuno escaso, poca variedad, tipo menú (no buffet), haciendo especial mención que el café es muy malo así como que el personal atendiendo a las mesas era poco amable.
