Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer, zeer proper, vriendelijk onthaal, goed ontbijt

Cons:

‘s avonds in het restaurant is er een ober bijzonder arrogant en onvriendelijk. De man in het witte hemd met das staat over iedereen te roddelen en gaat zelfs expres verkeerde wijn inschenken aan een naburige tafel.

bien dormi et douche froide au réveil ...... nul !

accueil sympa, chambre comme d'habitude très correcte, petit déjeuner ok

Cons:

retrouver sa voiture vandalisée dans le parking le matin ..... une semaine sans réponse, puis dois rappeler 3 fois le même jour pour avoir des réponses.... pas de prise en charge de leur assurance .... simplement scandaleux pour un établissement de cette qualité ou l'on paye le parking privé ...... ne rentrent pas en matière ..... "c'est pas nous" ....

The location is really good.

Cons:

Our room was very cold, the window was open at arrival (cleaning ladies left it like that mayve for hours/daya?) and due to "minergie" system the temparature change was not possible.
With 2 heaters (one radiator and one fan), we were able to reach a comfortable temperature by the time we left...by the second morning. it is unacceptable in a 4* hotel, especially with a baby!

The breakfast room and time was understaffed with only one (!) waiter/manager. You felt the pressure,anxiety of him, the provided service,communication was not kind, he was visibly stressed. The food itself was good and the variaty was also good.

Agréable séjour dans une ville que l'on connait par cœur.
Pros:

L'emplacement idéal proche du métro. La gentillesse du serveur le matin au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous venons dans cet établissement et nous trouvons qu'il s'est bien dégradé. La vétusté du matériel, prise électrique déboitée près de la grande fenêtre (derrière le rideau), trace noir au sol. Très grande lenteur d'écoulement d'eau du lavabo de la salle de bain. Pour un 4*, il pourrait être mieux entretenu. Dommage que le parking soit si cher pour une journée !
