Good hotel in Lausanne
Pros:

Everything was fine: clean room, practical design, big windows with a very nice view, very good shower and bathroom. I appreciated cleanliness and good modern condition of the whole building and the rooms

Cons:

Nothing to complain. Just the parking could have been included in the price

Cons:

Der erste Empfang war nicht sehr hilfsbereit, war mit Kindern da. Ich denke, dass ich mit Businesskleider netter begrüsst worden wäre (war auch schon geschäftlich da)

Pros:

Stanza curata e spaziosa, ambienti luminosi, personale accogliente e disponibile. Molto comoda la fermata della metro subito adiacente (l'hotel ci ha gentilmente omaggiato della Losanna Transport Card) e la possibilità di visitare l'Acquario/Vivarium a prezzo agevolato appena usciti dall'albergo. Buffet per la colazione con prodotti di ottima qualità, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il reparto salato.

Cons:

Il parcheggio è un po' caro.

Week-end très sympa. Plaisir à découvrir l'aquarium et le vivarium et à être sur place pour tout.
Pros:

vue, terrasse, chambre spacieuse, le petit déjeuner, la facilité pour le parking, la gentillesse du personnel, le restaurant le soir. Qualité en général

Cons:

mauvaise insonorisation, une famille qui est rentrée tard vers minuit, bruit, rires sans gêne, enfants qui sautaient et couraient, réveil à minuit, 2h du matin et le matin dans le couloir 2 x. Mais ça c'est indépendant de l'hôtel !
Les oreillers et matelas des lits qui ne me convenaient pas. Mal nuque et dos.

Pros:

La proximité avec le métro l'amabilité du Personnel et la discrétion des femmes de ménage qui font du super boulot jamais assez gratifié

Cons:

Le prix,malheureusement c'est la Suisse et la différence avec la France fait que l'on paie des trucs de oufs,c'est désolant de de devoir payer le parking ( 18€ par jour) mais c'est le concept Suisse apparemment. Tout est un peu plus cher mais le personnel est tip top
