Nice and helpful staff
Pros:

Amazing stay in this hotel as we needed one day break from travelling - we went in to Aquarium (you get nice discount when you stay in hotel), and that was amazing! Also staff very absolutely lovely and nice to use and our little daughter, thank you for that!

Cons:

Quite pitty that hotel restaurant was closed during lunch/afternoon time - we had to got to "aquarium" restaurant, which was full of visitors. Although we didn't want to use spa - we were informed, that its closed too.

OK pour un court séjour mais accueil à vraiment améliorer.
Pros:

Emplacement très bon à proximité d'une gare de métro en ligne directe avec le centre ville.
Facilité de parcage et bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Accueil assez moyen. Pas de mot de bienvenue et uniquement un "petit bonjour" et des formalités. Pour le check-out idem, même pas un souci de savoir si le séjour s'est bien déroulé et un aurevoir plus que timide... Franchement c'est dommage car pour un tel établissement on s'attend à un échange humain bien plus marqué.

Les repas sont très bon. Chambre très propre, même dans les détails.

Pas de frigo dans ma chambre. La salle de sport est un peu petite.

Pros:

Albergo moderno e gestito benissimo. Ambienti estremamente curati e personale meravigliosamente disponibile. Fermata della metro, praticamente nella hall.

Cons:

Colazione costosa, ma completa. Il parcheggio a pagamento potrebbe essere meno caro.

Würden wir nicht buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage bzw. die Nähe zum Ausflugsziel - dem Aquarium - war toll. Die Möglichkeit für ein Familienzimmer war toll.

Cons:

Das Personal war unterirdisch. Nicht interessiert. Nicht zugewandt. Nicht service-orientiert. Stumm.
