Not a good experience
Pros:

Had a very bad experience. The room was not clean. Bathroom sink and vanity were old and chipped. Pool was not clean. Front desk was not friendly, nor knowledgeable about the area. I would rare ZERO if I could.

Pros:

My first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express. I thought for the extra cost compared to the places I usually stay that the facilities and service would be better. Not impressed.

Great turnpike stop.
Pros:

Great place. Attractive lobby, large windows was breakfast place, with all the choices you could want. Quiet, comfy room with larger then normal hotel fridge and indoor pool with lift(didn't use).
Eat at Dockside Willies while here.

our Dead bolt wouldn’t work, which def was a problem , amongst some other minor issues ..

Pros:

The staff was very attentive. Breakfast was good with several options. The kids we traveled with enjoying the indoor pool. The rooms were nice but had a very strong musty smell. We got some deodorizers that helped but did not completely rid the smell.

Our stay was uncomfortable as we had roaches in our room with 2 young children who crawl.
Pros:

I did not like the stay.

Cons:

We found a roach in our room. When we told the staff they told us a manager will be in contact the next day and that was not the case. They did nothing to accommodate us or reduce the fee for our stay for having roaches in our room. I also am still waiting for my $20 holding fee to get released back to me after all of this time and would like it back ASAP.

Pros:

Quiet time is 10pm even on a Saturday we had to go to bed early because the hotel said there was noise complaints and they stated no noise after 10pm if I knew that before hand I would never have booked that hotel

False advertising of room type. Hair in tub. Carpet was filthy. Staff was nice and tried to accommodate. Not in a super terrible locatjon

Pleasant would stay here again
Pros:

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Having breakfast was a money saver for us before going to the theme park.

Cons:

Our key card wouldn’t work a few times. One time both cards didn’t work we had to go downstairs two times because after they fixed it, it still wasn’t working until the second time downstairs.
