Please note that the airport shuttle to the property is possible from Monday to Friday from 7am to 9am, with a reservation made at least 24 hours before arrival.
Please note that on-site parking is subject to availability and a daily surcharge of CHF 21. Guests staying in the Deluxe category rooms can park in the hotel car park free of charge. The car park is
located below the hotel and shares the same building entrance as the car park of the COOP supermarket, located at Route de Suisse 79, 1290 Versoix. The hotel car park is located at -4 level.
You receive the «Geneva Transport Card» which allows you to use public transport throughout the canton of Geneva free of charge and without limits: bus, tram, train and boat (Mouettes genevoises) for the entire duration of your stay.
Parking is also free for junior suites.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Eco building - you can't control air conditioner.
Hôtel très bien placé, en bord du lac (j'avais la vue depuis ma chambre), proche de la station de train. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, l'accueil chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très varié, et j'ai également dîné le soir au restaurant de l'hôtel : excellent !

The reception staff are very helpful, as are the restaurant and cleaning staff. The location is amazing, close to the train station and the lake. The cleanliness is excellent.
I'm disappointed with the management. This hotel is of a low standard; there's no kettle in the room, no tea, no coffee. The price for the stay isn't low, and the only hospitality offered is a small bottle of water for one day. Honestly, it's shameful and disgraceful. The bathroom floor has no drainage; when you shower, half the water overflows, and it ends up on the floor. There are no paper napkins on the dining tables. I hope the management will address these issues, and I wish them continued success.
