The nice staff makes the difference and if I do return it will be because of your staff that cares.
Pros:

The location is good. The staff is really great and very friendly. You can always speak with them if you find a problem and they try to resolve it. I would return to Hotel La Paz.

Cons:

They did not clean the room. One day the staff told me I had only paid for one day. Sometimes a language barrier but even when I paid for 2 more days, no one came to empty the waste baskets or make the bed. I travel a great deal and this area at Hotel La Paz must improve if you want paying customers to continue coming. Also someone was so loud in the hall way in the middle of the night or morning. However ,that was not consistent. People were knocking on other people's doors in the middle of the night. Please keep your guest safe. The internet worked well. There are a number of stairs so be aware of that. No stair rail. They sell sodas and other small treats behind the counter. No coffee in room or on the premises. OXXO is about 2 blocks away. In Mexico you can always find a place to eat. (Bring ear plus).

Close to places to get coffee and food. The metro is not too far away.
Pros:

Clean Room. Water was warm for a shower but they did not clean it . I asked for towels at the desk and was given clean ones. The desk clerk did say the nights stay must be paid in full to get new towels.

Cons:

Not cleaning the room daily.

Great, discreet place for a tryst.
Pros:

Receptionist and staff were kind.

Cons:

We needed an extra towel for the bathroom floor. As it got wet, it became very slippery.
