Efficient for short stays, longer stay experience could be better with more attention to details
Pros:

Great location, enjoyed the simple and efficient breakfast option they had, their Costa coffee machine was excellent, and the use of Dove toiletries was appreciated

Cons:

Strange design choices; the hallways felt like a hospital, the floors in the room looked like they needed a mop, staff didn’t make the bed once during a 3 night stay, and toiletries weren’t refilled when empty during the stay

Great place to stay!
Pros:

I did not have breakfast at the hotel.
I received a great service from the staff. They were super friendly and helpful.

My room and common areas were clean and shinny.
Location is super close to the Airport.

Cons:

The tv channels were not great (not a lot of options) but besides that, everything else was great.

Pros:

The cleanliness and just different then where I normally go. Just great to breath and and not worry about tweaker watching you walk in.

Cons:

Only thing I didnt like was that I got charged more on my card for snacks then I should have, not there fault, due to there systems being slow. But now I have to wait to see if I can even dispute it and until then my card is blocked. 😞

The friendliness of staff
Pros:

Breakfast was great, my family & I stayed there because the area was convenient to commute to St. Luke’s hospital due to a family member in hospice. We felt a little rushed to get out of the way so the hostess can clean up the area. But everything else was great.
