AC went out the second night. Made a burning smell and stopped working after that.

Pros:

It kept me out of the cold and rain

Cons:

My room was filthy. There were two queen beds. Both of the sheets were dirty. There was food on the walls lots of dirt and even trash behind the door of the whole room and the shower was covered in soap, hair and soap scum.

Best place to stay in Boise!
Pros:

Loved the breakfast! Full breakfast, not just bagels, cereal and muffins. There wasn’They even had homemade oatmeal.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

I will stay there again. Liked the quietness.
Pros:

.It was very quiet on the 3rd floor where I was. Obviously newly restored with new owner.

Cons:

Breakfast had limited choices. Definitely seen much better at other hotels.

I liked the location, the staff was friendly. The complementary cookies at the front was nice

Cons:

There were ants in our bathroom but you guys were quick to get that cleaned up. Didn't have the best breakfast selection, would help if you added a waffle machine. Also we were there for 4 days and never had the towels changed or the garbage taken out.
