This beats many hotels i have ever stayed at.
Pros:

The concierge who checked us in was polite and gave us a warm welcome. That was very memorable. Also to add the breakfast was delicious and was surprised by the quantity of options and the quality.

Cons:

Very difficult to think of one.

So nice to have a nice easy comfortable stay before & after flights.
Pros:

Pros:

Clean, comfortable, staff was respectful.

Cons:

I reserved the room a week prior. When I went to check in they had to move rooms. Said that one wasn't available. But they were very accommodating and got me in a nice room.

Great Stay, good value and great staff.
Pros:

Staff was amazing. Room was warm and smelled clean. Bathroom was great. Pillows were good. Fridge was cold. Value is great.

Cons:

Noises are common. If someone was being picky, there were a few random hairs around and the painting looks like it was rushed.

Efficient for short stays, longer stay experience could be better with more attention to details
Pros:

Great location, enjoyed the simple and efficient breakfast option they had, their Costa coffee machine was excellent, and the use of Dove toiletries was appreciated

Cons:

Strange design choices; the hallways felt like a hospital, the floors in the room looked like they needed a mop, staff didn’t make the bed once during a 3 night stay, and toiletries weren’t refilled when empty during the stay

Great place to stay!
Pros:

I did not have breakfast at the hotel.
I received a great service from the staff. They were super friendly and helpful.

My room and common areas were clean and shinny.
Location is super close to the Airport.

Cons:

The tv channels were not great (not a lot of options) but besides that, everything else was great.
