Pongpan House

La habitación estaba llena de pulgas.

Instängt litet rum med trasiga väggar, unket luktande badrum och sängkläder med röda fläckar (?!) på. Inget av de 3 vägguttagen fungerade och när man skulle koppla in en sladd i det uttag vid sängen så sprakade det i både uttag och lampan över, trots det att lampan inte fungerade i annat fall. När vi bad personalen att titta på rummet så uppförde de väldigt surt och motvilliga att hjälpa. Vi frågade om de hade ett annat rum, personalen drog iväg, inget svar. Vi stannade en natt då det inte gick att få pengarna tillbaka. Det enda positiva är att det ändå ligger nära stranden och ligger "längs" huvudgatan.

You get what you pay for. The sheets are stained, there are cockroaches and it’s loud. But it’s close to the beach and the staff are nice.

Staff ok but the beds are terrible hard.
Easy to find with minimart just outside. Bit noisy at night.

Excelente ubicación cerca de La Plata para La fiesta pero al mismo tiempo alejado, y cerca del centro. El cuarto comodisimo, era yo sola, pero muy bien!

The owner/ manager is rude, and arrogant, the room was filled with Mosquitos on arrival, it smell in the actual bedroom like the toilet had not been flushed in a week, and I dare say they do not wash the bedding after each stay, supposed to stop for 3 nights but after the second night I could not bare to stay any longer, my feet had been absolutely chewed to pieces by bed bugs. I left a day early I was not expecting to receive a refund for that night due to how unhelpful the staff was, however they had the absolute cheek to Insist I pay 20 baht for a bag of crisps even though I was leaving without requesting refund a day early, not a lot of money but shows exactly the quality of customer service, good bless reviews so this poor quality service cannot go on unnoticed, avoid this hotel at all costs

I arrived at this hotel, entered the room which was full of mosquitos, the bedroom stank like a toilet, an the walls are paper thin. The owner/manager has the personality of a dead fish, is rude and has absolutely zero customer skills, booked in for 3 nights however after the second night I could not stand to be there anymore as I was literally being eaten alive every night from bed bugs, however even tho leaving a day early and not requesting a refund the owner still insisted I paid 20baht for a packet of crisps I had paid, would not let my dog sleep here, gross and rude

Alot of party near to the beach.Is good for douchbag but not for old couple.

Horrible, problème d'enregistrement. Il n avait pas notre réservation, du coup nous avons été sous classés. Hôtel très sale avec des tuyaux moisis fuyants dans la salle de bain. Sans parler de sa fourmis et insectes dans la chambre. À fuire

Förutom mögellukten och extremt liten toalett så överlever man helt okej med tanke på priset.

Único probleminha foi que o difusor do ar condicionado estava quebrado, fora isso foi tudo ok!

Hôtel vraiment pas cher pour Ko Phi Phi. Mais les fenêtres donnent sur un couloir, d'où beaucoup d'humidité. Pas de ménage quotidien, des éléments cassés dans la salle de bain. En revanche, grande chambre, clim efficace, matelas moelleux. On a bien dormi et on est resté une nuit de plus à prix discount

Petit séjour de 3 nuits, Hôtel à proximité de la plage, chambre très simple et pratique, personnel sympathique, il manque juste un service de ménage quotidien

The rooms are extremely basic and not very well maintained. The biggest downside to this place is their horrendous service. The staff member at reception was aggressive, rude, condescending and unwilling to communicate. This made our stay a lot more difficult then we would have liked. Although the rooms are cheap, it's worth paying an extra few dollars for better service and a clean room.

Was ok but found better deals elsewhere on phi phi which aren't listed on hotels.com

Decent if just want a place to crash. Good access to beach and to parties.

On where to go, but they welcomed me and showed to me to my room which was nice. Although the room felt like a prison cell, very dark and dingy with no windows, no air...
And the bathroom was an experience (im being too polite) however price is cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Location was good and 5minute walk To patong beach and all the shops restaurants and tour stands.

Very basic almost dorm like. Paper thin walls, was able to hear a guy moaning on the toilet next door. Good neighborhood, short walk to the beach and ferry pier.

Room was damp and small and dirty. Started to make us feel ill by staying there and we had to sleep on top of the bed sheets to avoid getting into a damp bed. A a result of this we left a night early and when we did leave everything in our bags had become damp and smelt like it which was a real inconvience for the rest of our trip.
