Pros:

Personnel de l'hôtel genti,l à l'écoute aux petits soins, une laverie en face de l'hôtel très pratique pour pas cher, hôtel bien situé a 10 15 min du centre et de la plage.

Cons:

Des remontées d'odeur dans la salle de bain, quelque fourmis.

Eigentlich ist das eine super Unterkunft ich hatte nur kein Glück mit meinem Zimmer und das war direkt neben der Küche wo halt morgens um 6:00 Uhr schon Frühstück zubereitet wird was super laut war

Pros:

La localisation était pratique.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas propre à notre arrivée sol tout gras et j’en passe. Pas de tapis de bain donc autant dire que l’eau et la saleté se mettent partout rapidement. On l’a signalé le monsieur nous a dit que son collègue avait fait le ménage rapidement car il y avait bcp de sorties ce même jour. Ce qui n’est pas un argument. On aurait préféré attendre pour un endroit propre. C’est bruyant à cause de la ville mais surtout car la piscine est ouverte très tôt et nous avons été réveillé par des gens qui sautaient et criaient dedans dès 7h30 du matin. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas bon : uniquement fried rice ou noodle. On adore ça mais ceux là vraiment pas bons et froids. L’accueil n’était pas chaleureux. Nous n’avions pas envie de rester au logement. On partait à la journée.

Avoid here; do not recommend.
Pros:

- Location is good. Short walk to the beach and beachfront mall.
- Bed is very big and comfortable.

Cons:

- Complete lack of customer service with this hotel. Staff are rarely present and I messaged them with issues on the first night and I still have not received a reply (see below).
- The WiFi here is non existent. It does not work at all.
- The room is ant central. Lots of ants get through the bottom of the door and we had to use our towels to stop them. Also the bathrooms are infested with drain larve, absolutely disgusting!
- The shower itself is all limescale and you do not feel fully clean after a shower.
- The shampoo and shower gel were very low and we received no room service during our stay (there was no information provided on check in).
- Our bed sheets had stains on them which were there before we checked in.
- The air conditioning does not work, they have it on one setting which was okay but the remote can not be used to change at all.
- On check out, again staff were not present and we just had to leave the key on the desk.

Bueno para pocos dias
Pros:

Esta bien, no para pasar muchos dias pero las camas son muy grandes, y tienes todo lo que necesitas. Muy facil.

Cons:

Las paredes se escucha todo y haria falta una ventana.

Pros:

The location was great, you have everything close to the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

The bathroom is really small, with nowhere to put your things. It is not separated from the toilet, so when you take a shower, everything gets wet.
Even though we had booked a room with a pool view, we were given a room facing the street. It was very noisy throughout the night because the hotel is located right in the city center, although the other rooms are probably quieter.

Despite staying for four nights, the room was not cleaned even once, and we were given only one roll of toilet paper for the entire five-day stay.
